We aim to develop a field sales app integrated within our Odoo instance, similar to Odoo's standard 'Point of Sale' app. We are currently using the latest version of Odoo Enterprise. Here are the core functionalities we need: Customer Management: Display a list of assigned customers and their account balances upon app launch. Reps should be able to select a customer, start a new sales order, and view categorised items with details such as images, pack sizes, quantities, prices, and stock availability. Order Management: Automatically save items to a draft to prevent data loss. Sales reps should be able to adjust prices during checkout and submit orders, which then follow our existing sales sequence. An option to email or WhatsApp the order to the customer, similar to POS receipt functions, is required. Interaction Tools: Include chatter and attachment functionalities similar to Odoo's sales order modules for reps to add notes and attachments for the office/warehouse team. Dashboard and Reporting: A dashboard for sales reps to track their order history; superusers and sales managers should have access to all orders and profit metrics. Settings and Visibility: Allow back-end settings to control visibility of customer order totals, profit margins, and other sensitive details. Additional Features: Capability to generate a PDF catalogue of products with customizable price options, which can be shared via email or WhatsApp and integrated with our email marketing tools for tracking and adjustments. Rental statement automation (Middleware for Zoho CRM required)
We manage and rent out properties on behalf of our investors. Each quarter they receive a payment from us for the property rental. This is a percentage of the price they initially paid us for the property (calculated at x% per annum). Payment amounts must be calculated each quarter and statements created for said payments. These statements are currently produced in excel, saved as PDFs and sent manually to clients. We also have additional services (e.g tax returns and wills) where charges are made against/deducted from their rental payment. We use Zoho CRM and most client information relating to statement calculations is held there. Any missing information can be added to the CRM to help with calculations. We are looking for a middleware solution which will take the informatiom from Zoho, offload the statement calculations and then send the values back into Zoho. We also need the ability to manually edit any statements prior to sending to the client, for any special arrangements such as discounts or additional services.
