I have started a construction productivity consultancy and have a working prototype of a platform that shows how well design and construction are performing on large programmes. It is ready to become a live, secure web app, and I am looking for an experienced independent developer to build it. It has been part built and I'm looking to improve it. What the build involves: A simple weekly form for design managers, listing late drawings with a drop-down of reasons for each. A small addition to an existing mobile shift return, so site supervisors can pick which drawing caused lost hours. Read-only connections to client document and planning systems, with data matched by drawing number. Calculations and dashboards that update from this data. Please include: Two or three live examples of data capture apps feeding dashboards. Your experience connecting to third-party systems. Any construction or engineering experience. Your availability, rate and how you would approach the first four weeks. This is ongoing work, starting with a paid first month, and I’m happy to work with someone anywhere in the world.

We seek a small specialised engineering company/team under a registered legal entity with relevant experience and equipment. Quote realistically, including components, tests and external services, without unclear extras. OBJECTIVE Develop an owner-originated concept into an integrated physical wearable for developing and testing early warning of approaching syncope (fainting). One provider is responsible for requirements review, electronics, software, experiments, troubleshooting, assembly, testing and delivery. Recording alone is not a substitute for implementing/testing the agreed warning logic. Human validation is a separate later stage. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS - At least one ECG channel, PPG and motion data for posture estimation. - Raw ECG, PPG and motion data with verifiable synchronised timing. - Local on-body alert independent of a nearby phone. - Local recording/event storage and practical review/export; no full commercial app required. - Documented agreed warning logic, inputs and limitations. - Compact, presentable wearable without loose external wires in normal intended use. Agree initial size, weight, operating time, attachment and storage limits before design-stage approval/final pricing. Address lying-down pressure, sweat, agreed temperatures, battery and skin-contact material safety, and shower resistance under defined tests/acceptance criteria. Swimming is excluded. DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING Start with limited fixed-price measurement qualification. Test the hypothesis and evaluate results before final miniaturisation/enclosure manufacture. Development boards are acceptable early, not as final delivery. Identify failure causes or remaining unknowns; propose practical alternatives within resources. Test approved modifications against baseline and report improvements, deterioration and uncertainty. Substantive changes require advance approval. Deliver all raw recordings, including failed/inconclusive attempts. A sound negative experiment can fulfil a research deliverable but does not prove device success. Excel Project

Hi We need a program in excel where it can automatically scan the bank statements in from a file of say 20 bank statements or particular place on my computer. (Potentially using the data function on Excel or something similar) * Put them in date order in a set format, * The opening bank balance and closing bank balance need to be agreed on excel and to the bank statements with validation. * We will then need columns to be automatically populated based on what the name of the business paid to relates to. This might need to be set up as a separate excel page, so that it knows which businesses to put into which columns. * We will need to be able to search information based on set dates, showing the opening and closing bank balances at this date and the transactions and columns for this date. * We will also need above, however changed to a VAT column added and then the net figure going in the columns depending on whether there is VAT on this transaction. * We have around 20 different companies as we are landlords, so will need it set up so that we have a separate excel file for each company, then we lock one year and then use the same excel file to create the second year carrying forward the opening and closing balances and keeping the company name, year it relates to and the page description as the header. * The above will need to be fully automated with minimal human work, however a human will need to be able to change information if it is wrong. I have an ESP32S3-Touch-LCD-2.1 round display. On the SD card are 30 480x480px jpgs of the moon phases. There is a separate DS3231 RTC I will want to use for more accuracy. What I want is for someone to connect it all up so once at midnight, he phase will change according to the date. This is just my hobby, so be kind.......Anyone interested?
