Description
As the VoIP Systems Engineer and Telephony Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include the setup, configuration and maintenance of our automated voice broadcasting platform. This entails the implementation and optimization of an auto-dialing solution such as VICIdial to facilitate large outbound call lists in an efficient manner. Additionally, your work will involve the establishment of SIP trunks to support outgoing calling functionality. Managing associated databases to ensure seamless integration and delivery of call data is another key duty. Beyond the initial deployment, your role demands constant monitoring of the system to identify and resolve any technical difficulties encountered, while also exploring avenues for performance enhancement. With your expertise, the goal is to achieve maximum productivity from the voice broadcasting infrastructure through reliable operations and smooth incident resolution. A strong background in networking, telephony protocols and database management is essential for this position of overseeing our core communication services through a robust and scalable VoIP platform.
