Rebuild my Outlook email signature in HTML add and fix links

I use Outlook (desktop) and currently have an image-based email signature/footer. I need it rebuilt as an Outlook-safe HTML signature (tables + inline styles) so all contact details and logos/companies can be clicked reliably. What I need done Rebuild my existing signature to closely match the current layout/branding, but as HTML with live links (Outlook-compatible). I will provide the current signature image/screenshot and any assets needed. I need to send out forms to tenants in a building that I manage, and I figure the best way for them to respond is to complete a form in Microsoft forms.
