    1. Which platform are you sending from (one.com mail, Gmail/Workspace, Outlook, Mailchimp, etc.) and roughly how many emails/day?
    2. What’s your sending domain and “From” address setup (one domain or multiple), and when did the issue start?
    3. Can you share screenshots/exports of bounce messages + any spam/undelivered examples (redact personal data)?
