I need to send out forms to tenants in a building that I manage, and I figure the best way for them to respond is to complete a form in Microsoft forms. I want to find out how much it may cost me to have somebody else create this form for me. Essentially, I need to ascertain their correct contact details and I want to include the ones that we have already on file, so if they are not correct, they will tick a box and then provide the correct ones. this will include their mailing address, email and telephone number. There are also some consents that I need to obtain from them and want to include these within the form so I can capture their responses whilst making it easy for them to respond.

    Also, you need it linked with Excel Online so you get all respondents info collected at one place, right?

    Hey Matthew, a few scope points are needed to price the Microsoft Form build and handover.
    1. Roughly how many tenants will receive it, and do you need one single form link for all tenants, or separate links/forms per unit?
    2. When you say “include the details you already have on file”, do you need those details shown pre-filled for confirmation (per-tenant prefilled links / alternative approach), or is it sufficient to ask tenants to enter details and tick “no change / updated”?
    3. Please list the consent tick-box statements you need (mandatory vs optional), and confirm the required output: Excel/CSV export only or also automation (e.g., Power Automate/SharePoint) as part of delivery.
