I have discovered that emails are not getting through
I tried to sort the problem out, but it seems to have made it worse
I have a website host, but they are not able to help me with the emails from the website

    Hi Jayne, sorry you’ve had to wrestle with this. To scope it properly:

    (1) is the issue only with emails sent from the website contact form, or are normal emails failing too?

    (2) which email service are you using (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / other) and where is your domain DNS managed?
