Business Analyst - For EHR Project

We seek a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience driving digital transformation and process optimization in healthcare, IT, and diagnostics. The ideal candidate will excel in bridging technical teams and stakeholders, managing Agile/Waterfall projects, and delivering compliant, scalable solutions. Leverage your expertise in EHR systems, CRM integration, and cross-functional leadership to shape our next-generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project cycles: Elicit requirements, document BRDs/FRDs, and oversee implementation using tools like Jira, MS Visio, and Olik.

Drive digital transformation: Migrate legacy systems (e.g., HCI to Olik), design data dashboards, and ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance.

Optimize workflows: Conduct gap analyses, redesign processes (BPMN/UML), and improve operational efficiency by 20-30%.

Stakeholder collaboration: Facilitate workshops, manage UAT phases, and align global teams (USA, Asia, Africa) on project goals.

Training & support: Develop training materials and lead sessions for 200+ end-users (clinicians, administrators, technical staff).

Risk management: Mitigate issues during EHR/HIS deployments and ensure seamless post-go-live support.
