Unfortunately, we have a reasonably priced phone system that works for us - it's https://horizonunlimited.co.uk/, but as far as I can see, it's not connectable to Go High Level.
We are happy with the system for our limited use, because it's a good value for what we get. I would like to show the Customer Connections in GoHighLevel so we can track conversations
1. The calls in and out - the date, time and length of call in GHL Conversations
2. The call recordings stored against the Customer in GHL, both on incoming and outgoing calls
I'm looking for a synching process to automatically export the call records from Horizon and upload them into GHL. Either scheduled overnight or on demand

Hi Jeremy,
Your project sounds interesting. Just to clarify a few things to understand the scope better before I proceed:
1. Does HorizonUnlimited provide any form of API or downloadable call logs (CSV/JSON/XML) ?
2. If not, does it have any integration options like Zapier, Make, or webhooks ?
3. For storing call recordings in GHL, are you open to using external storage (like S3 or Google Drive) and just linking it to the contact in GHL ?
4. How often do you want this sync to happen - real-time, hourly, or once per night ?
I have previously built similar sync solutions across CRMs and VoIP platforms, so if this aligns well technically, I'd be happy to take it forward and propose the ideal solution.
