Zoho CRM Setup and configuration

We seek a CRM consultant to design and implement a Zoho CRM system tailored for my growing business. My business is a mortgage and insurance providers. We do not need very detailed version. We need to be able to add leads, followup leads, leads to client conversion, add properties and link them to clients, get reminders when remortgages are due.....
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of all core Zoho CRM modules including contacts, accounts, pipelines, and reports. They should be able to build customized automatic workflows, design engaging sales dashboards, and configure email and notifications templates. Please provide examples from past projects demonstrating your capabilities of designing and deploying full-featured CRM solutions for SMBs.
