Australia Only – Test a Personal Finance Web App

We’re looking for someone who currently lives in Australia and uses an Australian bank to test a personal finance web app.

The task is to go through the real user journey: upload a bank statement, create an account, wait for the statement to be processed, view your personal financial analysis, and then give us detailed feedback about your experience.

We’d like to know what was clear or unclear, what you found useful, what you didn’t find useful, and what you think could be improved.

The bank statement can be anonymised before uploading. You can remove your name, address, account number and any other identifying information. We do not need your bank login details, card details or access to your bank account.

The test should take around 20–30 minutes.

Requirements:

You currently live in Australia
You use an Australian bank
You are comfortable uploading an anonymised bank statement
You can provide clear and detailed feedback in English
