Duplicate my IONOS blog to substack - no migration

I would like to duplicate my existing IONOS blog (in Wordpress) to Substack, keeping my current site live and unchanged. The reason I want to do this is to attract more of an audience to my writing. Fluent English is a must, as I want to be walked through the process so that it's something I can continue to manage myself, rather than have it done for me.
