Web Designer Required – Property-Selling Platform MVP

Project I am an experienced UK estate agent developing a new property-selling platform giving homeowners more flexibility over how much estate-agent help they want. Instead of traditional percentage commission, sellers choose a monthly marketing package and can add individual services when required. Core message: Sell your property your way. No percentage commission. Choose the level of help you need. I need an experienced web designer/developer to design and build the MVP. This is intended to be a functional property platform, not a brochure website. Experience with UX/UI, subscriptions, payments, property listings, lead generation and APIs/integrations is highly desirable. Concept The platform will offer different monthly marketing packages, from DIY through to packages providing exposure across major UK property portals. Additional services may include: Photography and floorplans Property descriptions EPCs Sales boards Buyer qualification/negotiation Accompanied viewings Sales progression Some services will be monthly subscriptions and others one-off purchases. The website must make this distinction clear and allow customers to add services after signup. MVP Requirements Homepage: Clearly explain the concept, benefits, how it works, pricing, optional services and no-percentage-commission model, with strong CTAs. Pricing & Services: Clearly show monthly packages and one-off services. Seller Signup: Sellers should be able to select a package, create an account, enter personal/property details, upload photos/documents, select additional services, pay and submit their property. Property Listings: Individual professional property pages with photos, price, bedrooms/bathrooms, property type, features, description, floorplan, EPC, location and buyer enquiry CTA. The main CTA should be “Enquire about this property” rather than displaying the vendor's contact details. Buyer Enquiries: Buyers should submit name, email, telephone, message, preferred viewing time, buyer position, property and enquiry date/time. Enquiries should initially come to the business/platform. Vendor contact details must remain private, with leads then passed to the vendor. CRM I currently use Loop CRM within my existing estate agency. Please recommend the best integration approach, potentially using API/webhooks. Possible workflow: Website enquiry → Loop CRM → Internal record → Vendor notification I would prefer not to introduce another CRM unnecessarily. Payments The platform must support: Monthly recurring subscriptions One-off payments Adding services to existing customers Subscription management Payment confirmations/failed payments Receipts/invoices Stripe would be considered, subject to your recommendation. Admin The business should be able to manage sellers, properties, listings, enquiries, services, subscriptions, payments, property status and basic lead information. Fix iPhone responsive layout issue on Framer site

My live Framer site (galileolifesciences.com) displays correctly on desktop, tablet, and in Framer's preview, but renders wrong on real iPhones: content appears in a narrow, left-aligned column with empty space on the right instead of filling the screen. Potential Root cause The Phone breakpoint is built on fixed 390px-wide shells (layout shell, page frame, header), so it can't stretch to fill wider iPhones. Some panes also use viewport-width (vw) sizing that behaves differently on iOS Safari. A key fixed-width constraint sits on a generated wrapper element that can't be reliably targeted from custom code. Important: I have worked through this extensively with Framer's built-in AI. It diagnosed the problem but was not able to fix it ; its attempts (custom CSS, and a runtime JavaScript resizing script) either failed or caused the layout to flicker. Framer AI itself concluded the clean fix requires editing the canvas structure directly, which is outside what it can do. So please don't rely on Framer AI for this, I need a human who works in the Framer canvas. What I need Rebuild the Phone breakpoint so the layout is genuinely fluid and fills any modern iPhone, with clean, consistent padding. Remove the vw-based sizing and fixed-width workarounds on mobile; no runtime JavaScript to size the layout if avoidable. Apply the fix across all affected pages (Home, Capabilities, Team, and any others sharing the structure). Leave Desktop and Tablet unchanged, and test on a real iPhone before handing back.

The AI does not need to create the book or illustrations from scratch. I have already tested the personalization process manually and it works well. The current process is: I have an image containing several poses of the illustrated main character. The customer provides a clear photo of their child. Both images are sent to an AI image editor with a fixed prompt. The AI changes the illustrated character to resemble the child while keeping the same art style, clothes, poses and expressions. I then use the personalized character poses inside the existing book.
