About Monkedia Monkedia is a performance marketing agency that helps direct-to-consumer and ecommerce brands grow through paid digital advertising, creative strategy, web development, and email marketing. We work with brands that care about revenue, not vanity metrics. Our work is measured in outcomes such as ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, and profitable growth. About the Role This role is responsible for creating qualified sales conversations for Monkedia. You will work both cold Apollo lists and warm lists made up of prior inquiries, referrals, past conversations, event contacts, and other prospects who already have some connection to the agency. You will be the first meaningful human interaction many prospects have with Monkedia. Your job is not to pressure people into a generic agency pitch. Your job is to understand the business, identify whether there is a real fit, communicate our value clearly, and create qualified opportunities for the person responsible for closing the deal. The strongest person in this role understands the world our prospects operate in. You can speak credibly with ecommerce founders, marketing leaders, and operators about customer acquisition, paid media, creative fatigue, landing pages, tracking, offers, and the pressure to make advertising produce profitable revenue. What You Own Build and work daily prospecting workflows across Apollo cold lists and Monkedia warm lists. Research accounts and contacts before outreach so messaging is relevant to the company, category, growth stage, offer, and likely marketing challenges. Make outbound calls and conduct structured follow-up by email, SMS, LinkedIn, or other approved channels. Respond quickly and thoughtfully to warm leads, referrals, inbound inquiries, and prospects who re-engage with Monkedia. Use discovery questions to understand the prospect's business model, customer, current acquisition mix, paid-media spend, goals, constraints, and urgency. Explain Monkedia's capabilities in plain language, including paid acquisition on Meta and Google, direct-response creative, landing-page and web development, email marketing, and ecommerce growth strategy. Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and book high-quality discovery calls for the closer or strategy team. Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, including activity, contact status, qualification notes, next steps, and follow-up dates. Test hooks, talk tracks, offers, and objection-handling approaches, then document what is producing conversations and what is not. Deliver a clear weekly view of activity, connection rates, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, show rates, and pipeline contribution. What We Are Looking For 1+ year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a similar prospecting role. Demonstrated comfort making a high volume of outbound calls and following up consistently without needing to be chased. Experience working from a structured lead list or sales engagement platform. Apollo experience is strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication. You can sound natural, direct, curious, and professional rather than scripted or aggressive. Working knowledge of ecommerce and direct-response marketing, including DTC brands, customer acquisition, paid social, Google Ads, creative, landing pages, conversion rates, and email. Ability to understand and explain the difference between generating traffic and generating profitable revenue. Comfort speaking with founders, CMOs, heads of marketing, and other senior decision-makers. Strong listening and qualification skills. You do not confuse a friendly conversation with a qualified opportunity. Reliable organization and follow-through across cold and warm lead pipelines. Meaningful overlap with U.S. working hours.
2 days ago12 proposalsRemoteTelephone Business Development - Architects & Designers
UK-based applicants only. You must currently live in the United Kingdom. We are a London construction company looking for a reliable and confident person to help us make professional telephone calls to architects, interior designers and other relevant businesses. The main part of the work is speaking to people by phone, introducing our company, building a good relationship and helping us get considered for future projects and tender opportunities. This is not mainly an email or marketing role. We need someone who is comfortable spending the working time actually talking to people on the phone. You do not need to come from the construction industry. We will explain our company, our services and what information you need to communicate. What is important is that you: * have previous experience speaking professionally with customers or businesses by telephone; * are confident, friendly and able to build rapport; * can communicate clearly and professionally; * are comfortable speaking with architects, designers and business owners; * can work from home during weekday mornings; * are reliable and able to work agreed hours consistently. The role is initially around 4–6 hours per week, normally during weekday mornings. Pay: £15–£25 per hour depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus. Experience in B2B calls, sales, customer service, appointment setting or business development would be useful, but construction experience is not essential.

5 days ago27 proposalsRemoteLinkedIn Outbound Marketing Specialist — Private Medical Clinic
A private, physician-led clinic in London needs an experienced LinkedIn outbound specialist to book qualified discovery calls with senior professionals. You'll own prospecting (Apollo / Sales Navigator), messaging and pipeline tracking. Monthly retainer plus uncapped commission on every client who converts. Strict selection process — references and evidenced LinkedIn results are mandatory. About the client The client is a private, physician-led clinic in London. The founding doctor is GMC-registered with 30 years' experience across NHS hospital medicine and the pharmaceutical industry. The clinic runs a structured 8–12 week programme for adults with long-term conditions — pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty liver, perimenopause and menopause — built on diagnostic testing, weekly medical review and direct access to the doctor throughout. Patient numbers are capped to protect the depth of care. Full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates at Stage 3. What we need The target client is a senior professional — business owner, director, partner, C-suite — who has recently had a blood result, a diagnosis or a first prescription and does not want "manage and medicate" to be the plan. They are found on LinkedIn. Responsibilities Build and maintain target lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, segmented by role, age band and trigger Write and run outbound connection and messaging sequences in the clinic's tone (plain, clinical, no hype) - Pre-qualify every prospect before a call is confirmed - Maintain a pipeline tracker: touches, replies, calls booked, conversions - Report weekly on the one number that matters — qualified calls booked - Feed back what prospects are saying to inform website and content What we are looking for: Evidenced LinkedIn outbound experience. You must show us at least one campaign you personally ran on LinkedIn for a client: the target, the sequence, the reply and booking rates, and the outcome. Screenshots or a written case study with numbers. Claims without evidence are excluded. Apollo (or equivalent) prospecting experience. Describe how you've used Apollo, Sales Navigator or similar to build and enrich lists, and how you handled deliverability and LinkedIn limits. Client references. Two clients you have delivered LinkedIn outbound for in the last three years, with contact details. We will speak to them. If references cannot be provided or do not respond, you will be removed from the process. Track record in professional services, healthcare or high-ticket B2C. Selling a £5,000–£20,000 service to a senior professional is a different job from selling software. Show us you've done something comparable. Written English at native level. You'll be writing to directors and partners in the doctor's name. Every message reflects on a clinician's reputation. Generous commission structure (uncapped) paid for each converted client We will only progress applicants who meet all of the following. Applications that don't will be rejected.
