Shopify E-commerce Manager – Store & Sales Growth

We are looking for an experienced Shopify E-commerce Manager with a proven track record in managing online stores and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify, e-commerce operations, product research, and paid advertising. We are looking for someone who understands how to test products, analyze campaign performance, optimize a store, and turn data into practical actions.

Our main focus is preparing and growing the store for the upcoming Halloween and holiday shopping season, with the potential for a long-term working relationship.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the Shopify store
Research profitable products and seasonal trends
Analyze competitors, pricing, offers, and customer demand
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
Test products, audiences, creatives, and offers
Monitor sales and advertising performance
Analyze CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and profitability
Optimize product pages and customer experience
Develop promotional strategies for Halloween and the holiday season
Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience preferred
Proven experience managing Shopify stores
Previous experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
Demonstrated experience growing online sales
Strong product research and market research skills
Comfortable working with advertising and sales data
Experience targeting the US market is highly preferred
Able to work independently and take responsibility for results
Good English communication and reporting skills

Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Canva, Shopify customization, or dropshipping.
