Floor plan to 3D view

I require a skilled 3D artist to transform an existing floor plan into a photorealistic 3D interior visualization. Deliverables: high-resolution renderings from multiple angles, accurate materials and lighting, realistic furniture and decor placement consistent with the plan, and optional walkthrough or camera flythrough. Must ensure scale fidelity, crisp textures, and natural lighting. Provide final images in PNG or JPEG; source files in Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D preferred.

We’re looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to refresh and update our marketing collateral to better reflect the quality of our work and brand. Credentials Pack (PowerPoint/PDF format) – A sendable document through email/Linkedin for prospects, covering who we are, our services, process, key case studies, CTA etc 2. Introduction Presentation (PowerPoint) – A more detailed, visually engaging presentation for use in face-to-face meetings 3. Moodboard Template (PowerPoint) – A reusable template including preset fields (e.g. client name, project name) to present design ideas, finishes, and concepts 4. Brand/Profile Book (A5, max 48 pages) – A high-quality leave-behind book for clients, agents etc. 5. Pattern maker and seamstress for athleisure wear

I am looking for a pattern maker who can create a sweatshirt pattern (I've got some rough ideas of having a slightly more curved and oversized sleeve), as well as a seamstress who can sew together the pattern pieces once they have been printed and dyed. (If you are both a pattern cutter and seamstress that would be amazing.) I need the final sweatshirts (5 in total) to be of high quality as I will be showing them at my postgrad degree show, my website and possibly to an independent boutique.
