Hi, I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to support me on an ad hoc basis with a number of different projects, mainly focused on social media creatives. I'll need someone who can create templates, reels, and carousels, as well as graphics that can be used on stories. All photography and brand guidelines will be provided. Hello, I’m looking for an architect to prepare architectural drawings for two floors of a residential building. If you are interested, I will share a detailed Design Brief and the CAD files. Approximate total floor plate area (two levels combined): ~530 sqm (about 280 + 250 sqm). Scope of work (summary): - Produce an optimized CAD floor plans for two floors, strictly respecting the Design Brief. - Propose a facade elevation concept for the whole building (simplified neo-classical style). Existing floor plans for other levels will be provided as reference for the facade work. READ ALTHROUGH, MAKE SURE YOU CAN DO IT BEFORE APPLYING PLEASE I am looking for a Vectorworks specialist to build a clean, structured 3D model of a single event space within a larger venue. Please do not apply if you have not worked inside Vectorworks professionally before. This is not a rendering job. This is not a SketchUp-to-export job. The file must be created and structured directly in Vectorworks. Project Scope We are modelling one event room only, marked in red on the provided GA plan (Stock Exchange V1). The rest of the building is irrelevant. I am creating a heart-warming children’s picture book that follows three siblings through an entire day with their grandpa—gardening, baking, exploring, start watching, and plenty of small, tender moments in between. The manuscript is locked; now I need an illustrator who can bring more than twenty interior spreads to life and design a captivating front (and optional back) cover that ties everything together. Scope • Twenty-plus full-bleed, full-color spreads that flow naturally with the text. • A cover that leaves room for title, author name, and spine text, formatted for both print (CMYK, bleed) and eBook. Style & Tone I am wide open on artistic approach—cartoon, semi-realistic, watercolor, digital painting—so long as the final art feels warm, joyful, and age-appropriate (target readers: 2-8). Consistency across characters, settings, and palettes is crucial, and the images must communicate the loving bond between children and grandparent at first glance. Deliverables 1. Rough character sketches for approval. 2. Storyboard or thumbnail layout of all spreads. 3. Final high-resolution artwork (minimum 300 dpi) in layered PSD or AI plus flattened TIFF/PNG for print. 4. Pattern maker and seamstress for athleisure wear

I am looking for a pattern maker who can create a sweatshirt pattern (I've got some rough ideas of having a slightly more curved and oversized sleeve), as well as a seamstress who can sew together the pattern pieces once they have been printed and dyed. (If you are both a pattern cutter and seamstress that would be amazing.) I need the final sweatshirts (5 in total) to be of high quality as I will be showing them at my postgrad degree show, my website and possibly to an independent boutique.
