English Reading Books for children aged 10 - 14

We are looking for talented graphic designers with excellent InDesign skills to help us lay out a large series of levelled reading books for children. The work involves setting out fiction texts in InDesign, creating or sourcing suitable illustrations using AI image-generation tools, and integrating those images carefully into the story pages. Each book will also include a short, structured non-fiction section at the end. We are looking for designers who have: Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign Strong graphic design skills and artistic flair A very good standard of written English Experience using AI image-generation platforms The ability to work accurately and at pace Good attention to detail and consistency This is a large project, so we are looking for people who can follow a clear template and work within an established design system while still bringing creativity and care to each book. Rhino model of a house extension (timber variant) from AutoCAD

I am a French architect (registered practice) seeking an experienced Rhino modeller for a clean 3D model of a single-family house project in Normandy, France. Context. Existing stone farmhouse (longère type, approx. 17.7 × 7.5 m, slate gable roof) with an attached stone barn and a detached outbuilding. The project is a timber extension replacing the current dwelling volume: a compact two-storey body of approx. 12 × 9 m, double-height living space, fully glazed gable facing the terrace, exposed timber frame, slate roof. A photorealistic reference image of the intended architecture will be supplied. Inputs provided. 1. Dhg file with 2D plans at real scale in millimetres (existing state and project state, layered). 2. PDF booklet of the sketch phase: floor plans, axonometric views, elevations, architectural notice. 3. Site photographs. 4. Reference render of the timber option. Deliverables. 1. A clean Rhino 7 .3dm file 2. Closed solids (polysurfaces) for walls, floor slabs, roof; modelled openings with correct sill and lintel heights. 3. I’m looking for an experienced Product UI / UX Designer to help define the visual language for my SaaS platform, Grace. Grace is a hospitality operating system covering reservations, CRM, loyalty, marketing, reporting, EPOS and AI. The platform is already well into development and contains the majority of the required functionality. This is NOT a “design my app from scratch” project. The workflows already exist. I need somebody to take an existing product and turn it into a polished, premium SaaS experience. Concept Masterplan for a Rural Sicilian Property

I own a rural property near Santa Margherita di Belice, Sicily, surrounded by countryside and olive trees. The plot is approximately 3,900 sqm and includes: an existing small house of about 60 sqm; a registered collapsed/rural building/ruin; olive trees and open land; old rectangular tuff quarry cuts below ground level; an existing access on one side; a possible new main entrance/gate from a lower road. At this stage I am not looking for technical drawings for permits and I am not looking for an architect to deal with Italian planning regulations. Later, when the concept is clear, I will work with a local Italian architect, engineer and surveyor for permissions, structure and execution. For now, I need a creative architect, landscape architect or architectural designer to help me develop a preliminary vision / concept masterplan for the property. What I would like to create The general idea is to transform the place into a beautiful, private rural Sicilian retreat, keeping the character of the land, the tuff stone, the olive trees and the existing buildings. The project should explore: a new main gate and access from the lower road; privacy, fencing and boundaries; restoration/reuse of the existing small house; possible reuse of the existing ruin/collapsed building; landscape design with olive trees, stone paths, shaded areas and outdoor dining; use of the old tuff quarry cuts as sunken gardens, patios, storage, wine/cellar spaces, outdoor rooms or possible future guest spaces; a swimming pool as an important feature of the concept; possible pool locations and styles; Mediterranean/Sicilian rural atmosphere, using stone, tuff, lime plaster, wood, pergolas, natural materials and simple elegant details. The style should be authentic and rural, not fake luxury. I am looking for something elegant, warm, Mediterranean and integrated with the landscape. Pool concept The swimming pool is important and should be included in the masterplan. Please explore different options, for example: a simple rectangular pool near the existing house; a pool integrated with the tuff/stone landscape; a smaller plunge pool as a first-phase option; a more scenic pool connected to the sunken quarry areas. The pool should feel private, natural and well integrated with the Sicilian countryside. Deliverables I would like to receive: Conceptual site plan / masterplan 2 or 3 design options showing different possible layouts Zoning diagram: house, ruin, pool, access, parking, garden, quarry areas, outdoor spaces Suggested pool positions and types Moodboard with materials, atmosphere and references Simple 3D views, sketches or visualisations Suggested development phases, from simple/realistic first works to more ambitious future ideas The work does not need to be technically perfect. I need clear ideas, atmosphere, layout and vision. Important note This is only a concept design project. The final project, permissions, structural checks, building regulations, seismic requirements, pool permits, drainage, engineering and all Italian legal matters will be checked later by local professionals in Sicily. The concept should help me and my wife understand the potential of the property before we invest in a full technical project. Files I can provide I can provide: satellite image with approximate boundaries marked; photos and videos of the land; photos of the existing house and ruin; photos of the tuff quarry cuts; approximate position of the current access; approximate position of the possible new gate; basic measurements if needed. 3D AI prop retopo and repaint

First messages of married couple for photo book

Hello, I have been able to retrieve the first message exchange between me and my now wife on a dating site and would like to have them designed to look like an online conversation. I have: 1x dating profile (441 words) 8 x messages back and forth via the dating platform (word count 152 words to 922 words) 3 x emails (up to 1,000 words each) 2 x misc messages (35 words each) I plan to upload the into 21cm x 21cm photo book and have it printed for our 20th anniversary.
