Project Overview I have an existing WordPress site (inenergyltd.com) that has been experiencing ongoing issues with a page builder plugin that keeps deactivating. I need a complete rebuild using modern, clean development practices. The content should be migrated, but the technical foundation must be free from shortcode‑dependent page builders and built for performance, SEO, and long‑term stability. 1. Scope of Work Theme & Page Builder Use a lightweight, SEO‑friendly theme such as GeneratePress, Kadence, or Astra. Build pages with the native WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg) and a lightweight block plugin like GenerateBlocks or Kadence Blocks. Do not use WPBakery, Elementor, or any other shortcode‑based page builder. 2. Content Migration Migrate all existing content (text, images, pages) from my current site into the new build. Ensure no legacy shortcodes remain. Preserve important URLs or set up 301 redirects to maintain SEO value and backlinks. 3. Plugins & Licensing List all plugins you will install. For any premium plugins, clearly state whether I will need to purchase my own license after launch and what the annual renewal costs are. Planning Drawings for an Outdoor gym

I need architectural drawings and building regs drawings for an outdoor gym building in my garden. These are exact sizes. 5m x 16.8m x 12.5m x 5m x 7m x 11.8m The eaves height will be 2.5m and the roof is dual pitched roof with maximum height of 4m. We need all elevations. Also need uk builds regs drawing. The building will be made form 4inch concrete block. There will be roof trusses. The floor will be a concrete slab supported by piles and could do will a structural design etc . We need pile foundations with a concrete beams for floor. The right wing of the building put in a WC/ changing roof / shower - i think right wing corner on edge. Rest of gym is open plan.

Build an interactive, website homepage experience

Platform: Wordpress Theme: Salient, though can use any custom HTML or plugin (like slider revolution) Request: I'm looking to work with someone on building a custom homepage experience for a website. The vision: when someone lands on the homepage they start zoomed out on a chateau/castle like home, and zoom in to the front door, prompting the user to click on the door and enter the home (the website). Upon entry they somehow land on four doors with different "services" and when they click on the door, the site will direct them to the relevant page. I will be building each of the pages but need someone to build that "entry experience". I do anticipate having the site nav available once the door has been clicked.
