MEP Design Engineer Needed for 5-Bedroom Steel-Structure Home

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer specialized in both MEP and full electrical design for a 5-bedroom, two-story detached house in Northfleet (approx. 200m²). The design must cover water supply, drainage, ventilation, hybrid heat pump system (for heating & cooling), underfloor heating, and full electrical wiring—including smart home systems. The project integrates 20kW solar generation, and coordination with the steel structure is essential. Entry and exit points for services will be defined. The design must comply with British standards. No lifts are required. We will provide architectural and structural drawings. We need quick, cost-effective delivery.
