The ambition is to build a recognisable children’s brand spanning physical venues, social media, animation, stories, books, merchandise, websites, marketing, packaging and more. What already exists The brand direction and two principal characters are established, alongside a developing supporting cast and fictional rainforest world. I have a detailed brand playbook, character concepts, visual references, colour palettes, environments and substantial concept work. Help designing window layout to the front elevation of a house

I have a project which I propose to start next April. This will be our 5th project, so we are well versed with the process and completing similar projects. I am a qualified Building Surveyor and a Property Developer by profession: • We have planning permission for the works. • We designed the works and have had an architectural technician draw up the detail. • We have structural engineers designs and calculations. • We have construction drawings prepared. • We have Party Walls covered. • We have building Regs covered. • We have obtained quotes and have selected a builder. What we are not quite happy with is the front elevation which is probably the most important piece for us. How the house will look from the front is crucial. We have tried to finesse the elevation with our current “architectural technician” but he’s not a designer but is good at pulling the drawings together. We sent him AI generated images of what we wanted plus some photos of a property locally which we like. We like the painted brickwork, the colour of the pain etc. See pics and images below. I appreciate there are issues with where the openings sit in each room, but we are prepared to accept this to get the front looking its best. The roof on the drawings attached is not quite right too. # Tender Brief – AI Pricing & Valuation System ## Project Overview We are a multi-site second-hand retail business operating a buy, sell and buyback model. We currently value products using a combination of: * eBay sold prices * CEX prices * Customer history * Our own large historical transaction database * Current stock levels * Staff experience We are looking for a software / AI development partner to build an intelligent pricing engine that integrates with our existing EPOS system. ## Objective The system should recommend the optimal price we should offer a customer for a product. It should use both our own historical data and external market data to produce a more dynamic and commercially accurate valuation. The aim is to improve: * Buying accuracy * Gross profit * Stock turn * Consistency between stores * Offer acceptance * Inventory management ## Initial System Requirements The first version should ideally: * Identify and standardise the product being valued * Analyse our historic purchase and selling data * Incorporate eBay and CEX market pricing * Predict likely resale price * Predict expected time to sale * Consider current stock and sales demand * Recommend an acquisition price * Provide a confidence score * Allow staff to override the recommendation * Record results so the system can improve over time Example output: **Recommended offer: £405** Expected resale: £550 Expected sale time: 19 days Current stock: 4 30-day sales: 27 AI confidence: 96% ## Technical Approach We expect the solution to integrate with our existing EPOS through an API. We are open to the supplier recommending the most appropriate technologies, potentially including: * Machine learning such as XGBoost or LightGBM * OpenAI or similar AI models for product identification and image analysis * External market-data integrations * Predictive pricing models * Inventory and demand modelling We do not expect a large-language model alone to determine product prices. ## Our Data We hold a substantial database including information such as: * Products * Purchase prices * Selling prices * Purchase and sale dates * Stock history * Store/location * Product condition * Customer history * Buyback history * Staff valuations * Current inventory The successful supplier will need to assess the quality and structure of this data and recommend how it should be used. ## Initial Rollout We would ideally operate the system in **shadow mode** initially. The AI would calculate its recommended price alongside our existing staff valuations without influencing the actual transaction. Shopify CSV product data specialist

This is not a Shopify development project. It is a focused product-data audit and correction job. I already have the Shopify product export and official supplier CSV feeds. The work is primarily comparing the datasets, correctly mapping the specification fields and safely applying the required corrections. An experienced Shopify/CSV/SyncX specialist should be able to complete this efficiently. I am not looking for someone to spend days developing a custom solution. However, accuracy is critical. I have previously had a freelancer incorrectly upload product specifications, so I require a 10-product test and my approval before any bulk changes are made. I need an experienced Shopify product-data specialist to audit and correct the technical specifications of approximately 500 products on my Shopify lighting store. I have official supplier CSV product feeds from three suppliers: • Endon Lighting • Elstead Lighting • Impex Lighting The supplier CSV files contain the correct product information and will be used as the source of truth. The main objective is to compare the supplier data against my existing Shopify product data and identify any incorrect or missing specifications, then safely correct the Shopify products. Products should be matched primarily using the Variant SKU. Specifications to check include dimensions, height, width, projection, diameter, weight, finish, colour, material, bulb holder, bulb type, number of lamps, maximum wattage, voltage, IP rating, class, dimmable, LED information, lumens, colour temperature, energy rating and any other relevant technical specifications contained in the supplier feeds. SyncX: Stock Sync is the preferred method for carrying out the updates. However, if you believe a direct CSV comparison using AI/ChatGPT/Claude and a corrected Shopify CSV would be safer and more efficient, please explain your proposed method before making any changes. IMPORTANT: I previously had a freelancer upload incorrect product specifications across my store, so accuracy and controlled testing are extremely important. NO bulk changes are to be made initially. The project must start with: A complete Shopify backup. A test using approximately 10 products. A before/after comparison showing the existing Shopify value, supplier value and proposed correction. My approval of the test before proceeding with the remaining products. The three suppliers should then be processed separately: Endon, Elstead and Impex. DO NOT change or overwrite my SEO-optimised product descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, collections, handles or images. Only the agreed technical specification fields should be changed. If a product cannot be confidently matched to the supplier SKU, it must be flagged for manual review rather than guessed. Telephone Market Research – Interview 30 UK Plumbers

I’m looking for an experienced telephone researcher to contact and interview 30 UK plumbers as part of some initial market research. We are considering launching a marketing campaign aimed at encouraging plumbers to refer suitable property insurance repair work to our company. Out of 16 proposals so far, the majority are fake portfolios and some even have the exact same images!** We have established branding, including our logo, colours and fonts.
