Providing BoQ from your previous projects

Hi,
I am conducting research into the building and finishing materials used in small and medium-sized UK property development and refurbishment projects.

My main focus is on:

* Apartment refurbishment projects
* House refurbishment projects
* Small residential, commercial, or mixed-use building developments

We would like to obtain data from recent projects you have previously worked on, preferably covering more than one project type and size.

For each project, we are interested in the following data:

1. Project type, approximate size, and location.
2. Building and finishing materials used.
3. Technical specifications of the materials, including grades, dimensions, performance requirements, applicable standards, brands, and product references where available.
4. Quantities of each material with their units.
5. Material prices recorded or quoted for the project.
6. Whether the materials were manufactured in the UK or imported and, where known, the country of origin.

Previous Bills of Quantities, material schedules, specification schedules, cost breakdowns, or relevant extracts from your project records would be suitable if they contain this information.
