I am the Managing Director of a UK based company. Over the past few months, we have been working with a development company to build an app, which is currently around 50–70% complete. This is our first experience developing a product like this. We have also been working with a freelancer, but their experience; particularly in aesthetics, user flow, and overall customer experience, is not at the level we require. As a result, we are looking for a high-end app developer or product specialist to work with us on a consultancy basis. We expect this to involve approximately 5 to 10 hours over the next couple of weeks. Initially, we would need someone to: * Understand the project through videos and written documentation * Join us on a live demonstration with the existing developers * Analyse and review the near-final product * Provide strategic feedback on user experience, flow, functionality, and overall polish We have found that many developers are highly technical but can only work to guidance as appose to initiative. What we are looking for is someone who can think independently, understand both the business owner and end customer journey, and identify improvements proactively. The app is designed for business owners and their customers, and includes features such as: * Marketing tools * Loyalty schemes * Event management * Prepay / pre-order functionality * Customer interaction and engagement Fluent English and confidence in face-to-face meetings are essential. If you believe you are the right person to help, please get in touch. - I would also like to add; if you have applied before. We have your details on record & will contact you, if we want to consider you for the assignment. Thank you.

This is a cinematic, high-energy product promo that showcases what our platform actually does, and makes the viewer feel like they're watching something spectacular. **The Quality Bar We are looking for editors who can match or exceed the production quality of these three videos. Do not apply if you cannot honestly say your work competes at this level: Pixis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cq0E7jMowRI Wondercraft: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1jujbuJ7KM Base44: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wzhsrwSOTY Watch all three before applying. UK + US SEO Agencies - Paid PPC Opportunity For Existing Clients
We are looking to speak with a small number of UK- or US-based SEO agencies or consultants who already have active client relationships where PPC / paid media opportunities may be arising. This initial project is a paid first-step opportunity review for agencies that want a credible PPC delivery partner for suitable client opportunities. In many cases, SEO agencies help clients improve visibility and organic performance, but are then asked: - Can You Help Us Generate Leads Faster? - Organic Is Helping, But We Need More Enquiries Now - Can Paid Search Help Us Grow Quicker? - Can You Help Us Add PPC Without Building It In-House? That is where this project is relevant. In many cases, agencies are doing strong work on the SEO side but do not yet have a trusted PPC solution in place, which means follow-on growth opportunities can be missed or end up going elsewhere. Where there is a good fit, we can help turn those situations into a stronger revenue opportunity for both sides while helping the client access the right next-stage service. Over time, some of these relationships can develop further through our wider white-label support model. However, that is further down the line. At this stage, the focus is simply on identifying strong fit, assessing whether live opportunity flow exists, and seeing whether there is a sensible basis to build from. The purpose of this initial paid engagement is to assess: - Whether There Is A Genuine Commercial Fit Between Both Businesses - Whether You Have Any Live Client Opportunities Where PPC May Be Relevant - How We Would Handle Positioning, Introductions, Communication, And Delivery - Whether There Is A Sensible Basis For Further Paid Work Through PeoplePerHour Who we are: IMT is a UK-based growth-focused paid media agency with 20+ years’ experience. - Google Premier Partner - Meta Business Partner - Lead generation and eCommerce experts - Strong white-label support model - Top Seller On PeoplePerHour For 15+ Years - Over 600+ 5* reviews on PPH This may suit you if: - You Are Based In The UK Or US - You Have A Live Agency / Business Presence - You Already Have An Active Client Base - You Are Already Having Growth / Lead Generation Conversations With Clients - PPC Opportunities Are Arising Naturally Within Your Current Client Base - You Are Comfortable Having A Short Live Screening Call If Shortlisted This is not aimed at: - Applicants Outside The UK Or US - People Still Building A Client Base From Scratch - People Wanting To Keep Everything Inside Message Threads Without Speaking - PPC Operators Looking For Backend Freelance Work Important: - All communication, paid work, and any formal project engagement must go through PeoplePerHour - The additional detail requested at application stage is purely for pre-call verification - This helps us confirm business location, agency credibility, and basic fit before investing further time - If shortlisted, the next step is a short live screening call arranged via PeoplePerHour If this is relevant, please reply with: - Agency Name - A Short Summary Covering Your Agency Size, Business Focus, Where You Are Based, And How Often PPC-Related Client Questions Arise On A Monthly Basis We are not looking to partner with anyone and everyone. A smaller number of strong, credible agency relationships is far more important to us than a larger number of weak or loosely aligned ones. Applications without a willingness to complete a short live screening call via PeoplePerHour will not be considered.

The platform should allow users to: * explore ESG ratings across UK councils * interact with a live map * compare council ESG performance * view council-level ESG breakdowns * complete a lightweight ESG self-assessment tool The overall feel should be: * modern * highly interactive * clean and intuitive * institutional/professional * similar to financial research dashboards Reference inspiration: * Transition Pathway Initiative Dashboard We already have initial mockups/wireframes attached for visual direction. Design Direction We want the platform to use our CGA branding colours: * deep red * white * light greys * minimal use of accent colours for ESG risk indicators The experience should feel: * sleek * data-focused * easy to navigate * responsive/mobile friendly The website should not feel corporate or outdated. We want smooth interactions, hover effects, animated transitions where appropriate, and a polished modern UI. Core Functionality Required 1. Landing Page / Hero Section Headline: “Track. Compare. Lead.” Subheading: “Benchmark your council’s ESG performance in minutes.” Buttons: * Explore Ratings * Try Our Self-Assessment Tool Background: * clean white * subtle UK map texture/pattern 2. Interactive UK ESG Map This is the main feature of the platform. Requirements: * Interactive UK map with councils highlighted * Councils colour-coded by ESG risk/rating: (this may need to be changed) * Grading of Green = Low Risk * Yellow = Medium Risk * Orange = Elevated Medium Risk * Red = High Risk Hover functionality: * council name * ESG rating/tier * potentially quick summary data Filtering/search functionality: * search by council * filter by region * filter by ESG pillar * filter by council size/type Smooth hover and transition effects are important. We want this section to feel visually engaging and highly interactive. 3. Council ESG Profile Pages Each council should have its own page/profile showing: * overall ESG rating * environmental/social/governance scores (not sure yet) * charts or graphs * rating commentary * benchmarking vs peers * historical rating trends (future phase) Potential future functionality: * downloadable PDF reports * client login area 4. Mini Ratings Dashboard Preview Example cards showing: * council name * environmental score * social score * governance score * overall rating Hover interaction: * “See Full Profile” Purpose: * quick snapshot view * easy comparison * visually clean dashboard layout 5. ESG Self-Assessment Tool We would like an interactive self-assessment questionnaire for councils. Example questions: * Does your council publish an ESG strategy? * Do you track ESG KPIs? * Is there board-level ESG oversight? * Are community impacts considered in decision-making? Requirements: * dropdown or multiple-choice style * instant/basic scoring or maturity output * visually clean and simple UX End result: * ESG maturity tier/result * CTA prompting consultation booking Example: “Want a more detailed ESG review?” → Book a Free Consultation 6. Admin / Backend Requirements We need a simple admin area where non-technical staff can: * update ratings * edit council data * add/remove councils * update commentary * manage map data Ease of use is important. Technical Notes We are open to recommendations regarding: * tech stack * CMS/admin system * database structure * hosting However, this should be: * scalable * secure * easy to maintain * fast-loading We are NOT looking for a basic template website. This is closer to an interactive data platform/dashboard. Deliverables Please provide: * design/UI approach * recommended tech stack * estimated timeline * estimated budget * examples of similar dashboards or interactive map projects Additional Notes We have attached: * homepage mockups * map concepts * self-assessment flow concepts We are initially looking for an MVP, with potential for a longer-term working relationship as the platform evolves.

UK + US Web Design Agency - Paid PPC Collaboration
We are looking to speak with a small number of UK- or US-based web design agencies or consultants who already have active client relationships where PPC / paid media opportunities may be arising. This initial project is a paid first-step collaboration review for agencies that want a credible PPC delivery partner for suitable client opportunities. In many cases, web design agencies build strong sites for SMEs and growing businesses, but are then asked: - Can You Help Us Get More Sales Leads Or Enquiries? - We Have A New Website, But How Do We Actually Get Traffic To It? - Can You Help Us With Digital Marketing To Grow The Business? - Do We Need Google Ads, Paid Social, Or Both? That is where this project is relevant. In many cases, agencies are doing strong work on the website side but do not yet have a trusted PPC solution in place, which means follow-on growth opportunities can be missed or end up going elsewhere. - Google Premier Partner (top 1% teams globally) - Meta Business Partner - Amazon Partner - Lead generation and eCommerce experience - Strong white-label support model - Top Seller On PPH For 15+ Years - Over 600 5-Star reviews on PPH This may suit you if: - You Are Based In The UK Or US - You Have A Live Agency / Business Presence - You Already Have An Active Client Base - You Are Already Having Growth / Lead Generation Conversations With Clients - Paid Media Opportunities Are Arising Naturally Within Your Current Client Base - You Are Comfortable Having A Short Live Screening Call If Shortlisted This is not aimed at: - Applicants Outside The UK Or US - People Still Building A Client Base From Scratch - People Wanting To Keep Everything Inside Message Threads Without Speaking - PPC Operators Looking For Backend Freelance Work Important: - All communication, paid work, and any formal project engagement must go through PeoplePerHour - The additional detail requested at application stage is purely for pre-call verification - This helps us confirm business location, agency credibility, and basic fit before investing further time - If shortlisted, the next step is a short live screening call arranged via PeoplePerHour If this is relevant, please reply with: - Agency Name - A short summary about your agency e.g. Size, Business Focus, Where You Are Based, How Often PPC-Related Client Questions Arise On A Monthly Basis We are not looking to partner with anyone and everyone. A smaller number of strong, credible agency relationships is far more important to us than a larger number of weak or loosely aligned ones. Applications without a willingness to complete a short live screening call via PeoplePerHour will not be considered.
