Senior Presentation Designer – Institutional Restructuring / Private Credit Deck (PowerPoint/PDF)

We require an experienced presentation designer to produce Version 3 of an institutional-grade restructuring and distressed asset recovery presentation deck for “Keystone ARVM”.

This is NOT a property marketing brochure or sales deck.

The final output must resemble:
• private credit
• restructuring advisory
• special situations
• lender credit committee
• insolvency / recovery

style presentation material.
The project involves implementing a detailed production mark-up pack containing:
• page-by-page copy amendments
• replacement tables
• governance flow diagrams
• visual repositioning
• institutional branding updates
• legal wording controls
• formatting and layout refinement

Key requirements:
• Strong PowerPoint presentation design experience
• Experience with investment banking, restructuring, PE or consulting-style decks
• Excellent typography and layout discipline
• Ability to create clean governance/process diagrams
• Native or highly fluent English comprehension
• Ability to follow exact wording instructions without paraphrasing technical/legal sections

Deliverables:
• Fully updated editable PowerPoint deck
• Print-ready PDF
• Two revision rounds included

Restrained, institutional and professional.
