Long Eaton, GBNuno did an excellent job on my book. He completely redesigned the cover, formatted it perfectly for both hard copy and soft copy, and guided me through each step. Communication was fast and clear, and any adjustments I requested were handled straight away. Great quality, very professional, and really good value. I will definitely be using his services again and highly recommend him.

City of London, GBI sent Nuno an email specifying that I needed to provide feedback. I have actually been going through a bereavement. I apologised for the time I was taken.
Nevertheless he raised the invoice and funds were taken from account. Now I have paid a substantial amount for work that has not been edited and which I am not happy with.

Hi Jessica,
As I mentioned in my last message, I’m still very much available and willing to continue working on the project through to completion. However, I can’t commit to a six-month timeline without any compensation.
I understand you've had some issues come up, but I received no feedback for several months. Just to clarify, the "substantial" amount you paid was £50 from a £100 project— to design an entire book — which is far below standard rates for this kind of work.
My offer to complete the project still stands. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to move forward.
Best regards,
Nuno
