We want to develop EU R&I Jobs, a specialist job platform for Research & Innovation roles across Europe, connecting employers such as universities, research centres, EU projects, startups, NGOs, and companies with candidates working in research, innovation, science, technology, policy, and project management.

The site should use the provided logo and the colours, with a clean, professional, modern design. The core pages should be Home, Jobs, Post a Job, Upload your CV, and simple account areas for employers and admin.

The Jobs page should allow users to search vacancies, filter by country and sector, browse paginated results, and open individual job detail pages showing the employer logo, job description, location, sector, deadline, and application link or email.

Employers should be able to create an account, post jobs, upload their logo, edit and delete their own listings, and manage their submitted vacancies. Candidates should be able to upload their CV and basic contact/profile details. Admin should be able to review, approve, edit, or remove job listings and manage submitted CVs.

Please provide a quote for designing and developing this responsive MVP website for desktop and mobile, including the front end, back end, database, basic user accounts, admin functionality, and deployment.

    - Do you want all job listings to require admin approval before going live, or should employers be able to publish instantly? Also, should there be different job types (e.g., featured, urgent, or sponsored listings)?

    - Beyond country and sector, would you like additional filters such as job type (full-time, part-time), experience level, remote options, or salary range?

    - How should CVs be used, only stored for admin/employer review, or should employers be able to directly access/search candidate profiles? Also, do you want candidates to apply directly through the platform or via external links?
