Experienced AI (Outbound) Telemarketer
I have been managing outbound telemarketing teams in the UK for over 20 years, up until 2024, and have developed and taught a highly structured sales process that has been very successful. Over the past few months, I have been working towards rebuilding our direct sales operation without the challenges and management requirements associated with running a traditional telemarketing team. Our primary objective has been to develop an AI outbound telemarketer that can replicate our structured sales process and deliver conversations to the required standard. Unfortunately, two different developers have attempted the project but have been unable to achieve the level of accuracy, timing, responsiveness and natural conversation flow required. The current system is approximately 98% complete and the dashboard and backend are already in place. We are currently using Twilio and ElevenLabs. I believe the remaining issues can be resolved by someone with the right specialist experience in AI voice agents, telephony integration and real-time conversational systems. Before we arrange a meeting, we would like you to review the project materials, including: 1. The written sales pitch, which follows our structured 5-step methodology. https://docs.google.com/document/d/186JBo-MP2vTrKIwRyYD3minFKSU8JOisCAX2y-AMcDU/edit?usp=sharing 2. A verbal role-play recording demonstrating how the pitch should be delivered. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ldPRd-8Dcfc6v1zg7qEyDISqXZ4a8gmg We would like to hear from developers who have genuine experience in building and optimising outbound AI telemarketing or conversational voice systems. When responding, please provide: * Examples of relevant AI voice or outbound telemarketing projects you have completed. * Details of your experience with Twilio and ElevenLabs. * Examples of systems where you have resolved issues involving response timing, latency, accuracy or conversational flow. * Links to relevant work, demonstrations or case studies, where available. * A brief explanation of how you would approach reviewing and improving an existing system that is approximately 98% complete. We are specifically looking for someone with proven, relevant experience rather than someone learning or experimenting with AI voice technology for the first time. Please review the written pitch and verbal role play before responding. We look forward to receiving your review and examples demonstrating your relevant experience. Due to the number of enquiries we receive, we will not respond to applications that do not include relevant examples of previous work and experience. The payment stated is not relevant. Wayfinding and Asset Id Signage (& Labels, Asset Tags etc)
I run an industrial asset management consultancy and have ventured into the site signage and asset identification sector on this market to give our clients a tied together service. We are producing signage to be used in industrial plants, both in their production/ factory floors and in their offices & HQ areas. I currently have the supply partners I use do the artwork, but am looking at bringing this in house and developing a more standardised approach, also then allowing us to go to a wider net of printing suppliers while also maintaining ownership and control of the designs. I am looking for a reliable and highly skilled graphic designer to fill that gap. We have works in progress, won bids and bids to prepare for currently. This offshoot business is in its early stages but is currently winning work and the plan is for this to be ongoing work. All designs must be in Adobe Illustrator and strictly no purely Ai generated work. The jobs are predominantly print but there are digital projects in the pipeline (virtual tours and user interfaces for digital wayfinding)

The Black Reserve Collectibles — Premium Brand Identity Design Project Overview I am seeking an experienced designer to develop the core brand identity for The Black Reserve Collectibles, an emerging premium trading-card and collectibles business initially focused on Pokémon cards, graded cards and sealed products. This is a complete brand identity commission, not simply a logo design. The objective is to create a distinctive, professional and commercially practical identity that can grow with the business. The work will be commissioned in separate phases, with Phase One being the only current commission. Brand Vision and Creative Direction The Black Reserve Collectibles should feel like a premium collector’s house: sophisticated, discreet, trustworthy and connected to collector culture. The visual identity should be understated, luxurious and recognisable without looking like a generic gaming shop or esports brand. Colour palette: * Deep black. * Ivory. * Restrained burnt-orange or copper accents. Required identity elements: * Distinctive BR monogram. * Primary wordmark: THE BLACK RESERVE COLLECTIBLES. * Secondary or compact logo. * Light and dark variations. * Clean typography and consistent visual styling. Avoid cartoon mascots, neon gaming aesthetics, generic templates, excessive gradients and unnecessary decorative elements. The identity must be scalable, legible and suitable for digital and print applications. Phase One — Core Brand Identity Please quote for the following deliverables: 1. Primary logo and wordmark. 2. BR monogram. 3. Secondary logo variation. 4. Light, dark, full-colour and monochrome versions. 5. Brand colour palette with colour codes. 6. Typography recommendations. 7. Concise brand guidelines covering logo usage, colours and typography. 8. High-resolution transparent PNG files. 9. Editable vector files, including SVG and print-ready PDF. 10. Organised editable source files. 11. Confirmation of commercial usage rights, licensing and ownership. Please specify the number of initial concepts, revision rounds, turnaround time and any additional charges. The project should follow clear approval stages: initial concepts, selection of a preferred direction, refinement, final approval and file handover. Phase One exclusions: Website development, social media templates, packaging artwork, product graphics, printing, photography and ongoing design support are not included unless separately agreed. Phase Two — Digital and Retail Applications Once Phase One is approved, potential future work may include: * Social media graphics, banners and templates. * Product listing and promotional graphics. * Product photography layouts. * Packaging stickers and labels. * Thank-you cards, inserts and stationery. Phase Two will have its own scope, quotation and timeline. There is no obligation to proceed. Practical Requirements The identity must work across e-commerce, online marketplaces, social media, product listings, packaging and future retail applications. It should be practical to reproduce, easy to maintain and flexible enough to support additional collectible categories in the future. I am looking for a designer with experience in premium branding, logo systems, monogram design, retail identity and digital applications. Original thinking, attention to detail and clear communication are important. Budget and Quotation My initial target budget is £100–£200 for Phase One, depending on the proposed scope and quality of work. Please provide a fixed-price quotation specifying: * Included deliverables and exclusions. * Number of concepts and revisions. * Timeline and approval process. * Final file formats and editable source files. * Commercial usage rights and ownership. * Any additional licensing or third-party costs. Indicative pricing for Phase Two is welcome but should be quoted separately. How to Apply Please include a portfolio link, examples of relevant branding projects, your proposed approach, fixed-price quotation, revision allowance and estimated timeline. I am looking to establish a professional, distinctive and long-term brand identity, rather than purchase a disposable logo. I welcome proposals from designers who understand both premium brand development and practical commercial design.

House of Funding is a U.S. real estate lender seeking a team to build a mobile-first digital lending experience and generate qualified DSCR leads. Please price each part separately, including setup, ongoing management, software, and ad spend. Do not submit one combined price. 1. WEBSITE AND LEAD CAPTURE Build a premium site designed for phones first and working fully on tablets and desktops. Include loan-product and market pages, our Fast 50 program, broker information, funded-deal examples, company pages, and educational resources. Provide a CMS, technical SEO, analytics, and clear options to call, book, or submit a deal. Build guided intake using qualification rules and disclosures we approve. Connect it to our existing CRM and track the lead source through application and funding. 2. DSCR PAID-AD FUNNELS Build separate funnels for (a) rental purchases, (b) rental cash-out refinances, and (c) portfolio or repeat investors. Each needs its own ad message, mobile landing page, qualifying form, call and form tracking, CRM connection, follow-up, and staff handoff. Quote a broker funnel separately if recommended. Include Google Search campaign setup, keywords and exclusions, conversion tracking, testing, and a 90-day optimization plan. House of Funding pays ad platforms directly. Price each funnel, campaign setup, monthly management, and recommended ad spend separately. Report qualified leads, applications, funded loans, and cost per funded loan. 3. SEARCH AND AI VISIBILITY Propose approved DSCR content for traditional search and AI-generated search answers, including Google AI Overviews and AI Mode. Specify the pages, technical work, ongoing updates, and ways you will measure visibility and resulting leads where possible. Address eligible ad opportunities in AI search experiences. Price this separately from paid-ad management. Do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, or ad placement. 4. BORROWER AND BROKER EXPERIENCE Build secure accounts and a mobile-first borrower portal showing application progress, deal status, documents, messages, appointments, and next actions. Include a resumable application and secure uploads. Build a broker portal for submissions, referral tracking, deal status, documents, resources, and pipeline visibility. TOOLS AND LAUNCH Quote DSCR, LTV, LTC, ARV, payment, and scenario calculators with tested formulas and non-binding disclosures. Include an AI assistant restricted to company-approved information with human handoff. Add consent-aware email/SMS follow-up, security and integration testing, backups, launch support, training, and documentation. COMPETITORS TO REVIEW Study their DSCR offers, borrower and broker journeys, calculators or quotes, lead capture, and application paths: LendingOne: https://lendingone.com/loan-types/dscr-rental-loans/ RCN Capital: https://rcncapital.com/ Kiavi: https://www.kiavi.com/loans/rental Lima One: https://www.limaone.com/ Visio Lending: https://visiolending.com/ OfferMarket: https://www.offermarket.us/dscr-loan Consider competition in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Illinois, Florida, and California. Fixed build price and timeline for each section and each DSCR funnel, plus a total. 2. Separate monthly prices for ad management, SEO/content, hosting, maintenance, software, AI, email/SMS, and support. Show ad spend separately. 3. Exact numbers of pages, funnels, calculators, user roles, integrations, and revisions included. 4. Features you will build versus existing software you will integrate. 5. Examples of secure financial platforms, paid funnels, and search campaigns you delivered. 6. Handover and ownership of code, designs, documentation, website and ad accounts, and data. 7. Information needed about our CRM and application system to finalize pricing. If you deliver only part of this scope, identify that part and quote it separately. The posted budget is for receiving proposals, not a price for the entire project. Please provide your independent, itemized quote.

I’m looking for an experienced creative writer to help me develop and write an intense, action-packed fight scene for my fantasy romance novel. The scene involves two supernatural characters engaged in a brutal, emotionally charged confrontation. I already have a clear vision of the characters, their motivations, their abilities, and how the fight should unfold, but I need someone who can bring the action to life on the page. I’m looking for someone who can write fluid, cinematic fight choreography, with realistic physical movements, clear positioning, fast-paced action, and a strong sense of tension and urgency. The writing should be immersive and flow naturally, rather than reading like a sequence of individual actions. Every strike, counterattack, and movement should be easy for the reader to visualise. Ideally, you should have: * Experience writing action or combat scenes in fiction. * A strong understanding of fight choreography and physical movement. * The ability to create visceral, emotionally intense action sequences. * Experience writing fantasy, paranormal, or supernatural fiction. * Excellent prose skills, particularly in first-person narration. I will provide the scene’s context, character details, and a clear outline of what needs to happen. Please include samples of fight or action scenes you have previously written when applying.

WordPress Elementor + GeoDirectory Expert Needed
We have recently launched a major rebuild of I Love Manchester, a busy city media and What's On website, and are looking for an experienced WordPress developer with strong Elementor Pro and GeoDirectory experience to help us iron out some post-launch issues and generally improve the look, feel and user experience. The site is already live and functioning. We need someone who understands the existing setup, can identify what is causing particular behaviours and make sensible improvements without creating unnecessary custom code or breaking other parts of the site. The current stack includes: - WordPress - Elementor Pro - GeoDirectory for Places/business listings - GeoDirectory Events for What's On/event listings - GeoDirectory Location Manager / location functionality - WooCommerce - MemberPress - Yoast SEO - Advanced Ads - Cloudflare - Imagify The overall idea is that each specialist plugin does what it is good at, with Elementor handling the presentation and templates, rather than trying to force everything through one theme. Some of the issues we currently need looking at: GeoDirectory / Places - Places currently only seem to appear on the relevant area or neighbourhood page when the location is manually tagged. We would expect the physical address/location data to drive this wherever possible. - Review the way Place category archives work. For example, Cafes & Coffee Shops currently sends users into GeoDirectory URLs such as /places/category/cafes-coffee/greater-manchester/manchester/. We want to make sure the structure and UX make sense. - A user has reported problems trying to submit/add a listing, so the complete front-end submission journey needs testing. - Review Places search and filters generally and suggest improvements. GeoDirectory Events / What's On - Existing formatting issue involving commas on event listings. - "Load More" isn't working on some Event search/archive results. - Event date display needs improving. It currently tends to show either "From [date]" or "Until [date]". For events with a defined run, we would like the start and end dates to be much clearer. - Some listings can give the impression that an event starts on a particular date and then continues indefinitely. We need sensible handling of end dates and recurring events. - Review event ordering, recurrence and archive/search behaviour generally. Search / UX - Our Explore search currently allows a user to select the type of venue in the first field, but selecting it can immediately trigger the search before they have had the chance to enter the area/location in the second field. - We want the overall Places and Events search experience to feel intuitive, particularly on mobile. - We'd welcome recommendations on anything else you notice that adds unnecessary friction. Performance We would also like somebody to review the implementation from a performance perspective, including: - Elementor output - GeoDirectory queries and widgets - Image sizing and optimisation - JPG/WebP/appropriate image formats rather than unnecessarily large PNG photographs - Imagify - Lazy loading - Caching - Cloudflare configuration - Compression - Static asset caching - Any obvious front-end bloat We are not expecting somebody to promise an arbitrary PageSpeed score. We want an experienced developer who can identify where the genuine bottlenecks are and make sensible improvements. How we would like to work The website is live and commercially important, so we need somebody methodical. Initially, we'd like somebody to audit the issues above, tell us what is straightforward, what requires development and what may simply be configuration, then agree priorities and cost before proceeding. We're looking for somebody we can potentially build an ongoing relationship with, so good communication is just as important as technical ability. When applying Please include: - Specific examples of sites you've built or worked on using GeoDirectory and Elementor Pro. - Your experience with GeoDirectory Events, Location Manager and Advanced Search if applicable. - How you would approach diagnosing the issues above. - Your availability. - Whether you prefer hourly or fixed-price work. - An initial estimate for reviewing the site and producing a prioritised list of fixes. Please don't send a generic WordPress proposal. GeoDirectory experience is important for this project. Website: ilovemanchester.com
