**Quiska – Haitian Grocery Marketplace**

We are looking to build a multi-platform e-commerce marketplace focused on Haitian grocery products. Quiska will connect customers with local sellers and provide reliable delivery directly to customers.

The project will include **4 main interfaces**:

1. **Customer App** – Browse products, search, add to cart, place orders, make payments, and track deliveries.
2. **Vendor App** – Manage a store, add products, update prices and inventory, receive and process orders, and track sales.
3. **Delivery App** – Receive delivery requests, view customer locations, manage delivery status, navigate to customers, and confirm deliveries.
4. **Admin Dashboard** – Manage customers, vendors, products, orders, payments, deliveries, commissions, and platform analytics.

We are looking for a developer/team experienced in **Flutter or React Native, backend/API development, database architecture, payment integration, GPS/location services, notifications, and e-commerce marketplaces**.

The goal is to build a scalable MVP that can launch in Haiti and later expand to other markets.

    Hi Hans, for the launch MVP, which features must be production-ready on day one across the customer, vendor, delivery and admin interfaces, and do you already have a preferred payment provider/backend stack?

    Hi Hans,

    Before confirming the final fixed price, I would like to clarify a few points:

    1. Payments: Which payment gateway do you intend to use in Haiti? Will cash-on-delivery also be supported?

    2. Orders: Can a customer purchase from multiple vendors in one order/cart, or is each order limited to one vendor?

    3. Delivery: How are delivery charges calculated, and will riders be manually assigned by admin or automatically assigned?

    4. Tracking: Do you require real-time rider GPS tracking, or delivery status updates are sufficient for the MVP?

    5. Maps: Do you already have a preferred maps/location provider?

    6. Vendor onboarding: Will vendors require admin approval before their stores/products become visible?

    7. Commissions: Does Quiska take a percentage/commission from each vendor order?

    8. Platforms: Should the first release support both Android and iOS?

    9. Admin: Is the admin dashboard expected to be web-based?

    10. Notifications: Do you require push notifications only, or SMS/email notifications as well?

    My main question before locking the payment and checkout architecture is: which payment methods do you want available at the Haiti launch: MonCash, NatCash, international cards, cash on delivery, or a combination and will Quiska collect the customer payment centrally and settle vendors, or should payments go directly to individual sellers with Quiska taking a commission?
