UK Solicitor Needed for New Business Structure

I am developing a new UK service business and need an experienced UK commercial solicitor to help me establish the appropriate legal structure before I start trading.

The basic proposed model is:

Customer → My Business → Independent Contractor

My business would manage the customer relationship and coordinate specialist services carried out by independent contractors.

I would like the successful solicitor to:

• Review my proposed business model and advise how it should be structured
• Advise on the legal relationship between my business, customers and contractors
• Advise on liability, damage, complaints and cancellations
• Advise on consumer rights and responsibilities
• Advise on subcontracting, insurance, confidentiality and data protection
• Draft a suitable customer service agreement
• Draft a suitable supplier/independent contractor agreement
• Advise on any other legal documents or terms that may be required
• Explain the final structure and documents in plain English

I have already developed a detailed business plan and can provide this to the successful applicant.

I am looking for a UK solicitor with experience in commercial contracts, consumer services and independent contractor/subcontractor arrangements.
