Commercial lease signing

As part of the statutory process I need a commercial lease signing. Just the signatory part is needed, I have already had somebody else witness it. Please can you sign it and post it back for me to then complete the lease. I will email it to you and then you will post it back. Solicitors charge £5 for this on the high street but I am too busy to go and get it done, if you can do it that would be great, thanks in advance.

I am seeking a UK commercial property solicitor to represent me as the *tenant* in relation to a new commercial lease for an industrial/warehouse unit in Hounslow (West London).
