Ongoing Site Identification Support (UK Planning)

Hi

I’m looking for ongoing support one day per week to help identify potential UK sites suitable for planning, using Searchlands (licence provided).

I’ll provide:

A clear summary of the site characteristics and constraints I’m targeting

A simple template to complete for each site identified

The role will involve:

Using Searchlands to research and shortlist sites

Applying the criteria consistently

Completing the template for each viable site

The target output is around 20–30 sites per week.
