We subsequently entered into a six-month short-term letting agreement. Given the nature of the longer-term occupation, I have also requested Right to Rent verification and other supporting information. This has not yet been satisfactorily provided, and there have been a number of inconsistent statements and representations which I have attempted to verify. We have now agreed in principle to shorten her stay to approximately 2.5 months. I need advice on the correct legal way to document this and bring the existing arrangement to an earlier end. In particular, I would like advice on whether the existing arrangement can be ended by mutual agreement and replaced with a genuine short-term serviced accommodation/Airbnb arrangement, or whether continued occupation of the same property would still constitute an assured periodic tenancy regardless of the wording or platform used. Tasks and Deliverables - Develop scripts to ingest source attributes from inbound JSON/form payloads and PDF (AODL) representations. - Extract target values from COBRA UI → MDR Tab fields for specified product instances. - Maintain a configurable, traceable mapping between source attributes and MDR Tab targets. - Implement validation rules to ensure correctness and completeness, considering attribute data types (string, number, date, enum, boolean, list) and formatting expectations. - Generate reports indicating overall pass/fail status and field-level differences (mismatches, missing/extra values). - Support multiple products/variants through configuration, avoiding hardcoded selectors/mappings, managed via database or website.
