I’m looking for a creative and strategic social media professional to work closely with me on building a new social media and community brand from the early stages. The brand will focus on thought-provoking conversations, relatable questions, opinions, real-life experiences and engaging content that encourages people to stop, think and participate. I need someone who can help develop the overall social media strategy, content direction, posting approach, audience growth strategy and brand presence across social platforms. I’m looking for someone who understands what makes content engaging and shareable, has strong creative instincts, and can help turn the concept into a distinctive and recognisable social media brand. ## About the project I'm a UK mortgage adviser looking for a **Personal Brand & Content Strategist** to help me build and launch a personality-led brand around mortgages, property, money and real-life financial conversations. I'm currently at the very beginning, with lots of ideas but I want an experienced strategist to help me refine them, challenge what won't work and turn them into a clear strategy. ### The vision I don't want to create another traditional, overly corporate mortgage adviser page. I want the content to be **entertaining, conversational, opinionated and sometimes provocative**, while still maintaining the credibility and professionalism required within financial services. I want to create short-form videos using strong questions and hooks around topics such as: * Home ownership * Renting vs buying * First-time buyers * Council/social housing * Relationships and money * Buying with a partner * Generational wealth * Property and financial decisions * Mortgage misconceptions Some content will deliberately encourage debate and discussion, but the objective isn't controversy for the sake of it. The content should lead into **facts, education, practical solutions and genuine conversations about money and housing**. Longer term, I'd like to develop this into Lives, interviews and potentially a personality-led financial talk/audit show where people discuss their finances, housing situations and financial decisions. There is also a commercial objective. As the audience grows, I'd like the brand to generate mortgage enquiries and eventually create opportunities for relevant partnerships and sponsorships. ## What I need Initially, I'm looking for **one intensive strategy day/session**. I want us to work together on: * My positioning and what will differentiate me * Target audience * Brand personality and tone of voice * How provocative/opinionated the content should be * Clear boundaries around topics and messaging * 3–5 strong repeatable content series * Content pillars * Short-form video concepts and hooks * TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts strategy * Turning engagement into community and enquiries * How the short-form strategy could eventually develop into Lives and longer-form content * A practical 30–90 day launch plan Because I work within regulated financial services, the strategy also needs to account for professional and compliance considerations. ### Who I'm looking for I'd particularly like to work with someone who understands **personal brands, creators, presenters, experts or personality-led content**. You don't necessarily need to specialise in mortgages or financial services. I'm more interested in finding someone who understands **why people stop scrolling, why they comment, how personalities become recognisable brands and how an audience can eventually become a business**. I'd like someone who is comfortable challenging my ideas rather than simply agreeing with everything I suggest. ### Initial engagement This is initially a **one-day strategy project** rather than a long-term contract. If we work well together, I'd like to potentially book another strategy session several weeks later once I've started publishing and we have real performance data to analyse. When applying, please include examples of personal/creator brands you've worked with, what you would aim to accomplish during our strategy day, your rate for the session, and any initial thoughts on how you would approach this type of brand.

Please state whether AI platform/generation costs are included in your price or would need to be supplied separately. Confidentiality & ownership This is a confidential, white-label project. London Elite Youth is looking for a creative, London-based Social Media & Content Lead to work with us on an ongoing freelance basis. We’re looking for someone who can help us develop a distinctive and recognisable visual identity across our social media channels — combining videography, photography, editing and social-first content creation. This isn’t a traditional social media management role. The biggest part of the role will be being present within our football environment, capturing what happens and turning those moments into high-quality, authentic content. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can: • Attend selected London Elite Youth training sessions, events and programmes across London • Capture high-quality video and photography • Film training, coaching, player development, behind-the-scenes moments and events • Edit content into engaging Reels, short-form videos and other social-first formats • Produce high-quality photography for social media and marketing • Help develop a distinctive and consistent visual style for London Elite Youth • Understand how to capture authentic moments rather than relying on staged content • Contribute creative ideas and identify content opportunities • Help plan and maintain our social media presence • Adapt content appropriately for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube • Work collaboratively with us on occasional campaigns and additional creative projects Availability Our programme operates across a mixture of: • Weekday daytime sessions • Weekday evening sessions • Weekend sessions and events There could be activity across approximately two weekdays, two evenings and selected weekends, but we are not expecting the freelancer to attend everything. The schedule will be planned flexibly around the content we need to capture, upcoming programmes and the freelancer’s availability. We’re more interested in capturing the right sessions and moments than simply having someone attend a fixed number of hours every week. The Creative Direction One of our biggest priorities is creating something that feels authentic to London Elite Youth. We don’t want our social channels to look like generic, templated sports content. We’re looking for someone who can help establish a bespoke visual and editing style that becomes recognisable as London Elite Youth. We also want to limit the use of generative AI in the creative process. AI may be used selectively for workflow or administrative purposes, but photography, videography, storytelling, editing choices and the overall creative direction should remain human-led, original and authentic to our environment. The Person You might currently be working as a: • Content Creator • Sports Videographer • Photographer / Videographer • Social Content Producer • Digital Content Creator • Freelance Creative Previous football experience would be beneficial, but it isn’t essential. We’re more interested in your eye, your portfolio and your ideas than your job title. You should: • Have your own professional or high-quality photography/videography equipment • Be confident shooting both photo and video • Have strong editing skills • Understand short-form social content • Understand Instagram, TikTok and YouTube • Be able to work independently • Be reliable and comfortable travelling to different London venues • Be proactive rather than waiting to be told what to film • Have a portfolio that demonstrates your creative style The Arrangement We’re looking to establish an ongoing relationship rather than commission one individual video. Our preference is to begin with a paid trial project, followed by an initial 3-month monthly retainer with the right person. If the relationship works well, we’d like this to develop into a longer-term creative partnership. There will also potentially be opportunities to work on additional projects including: • Player stories • Camps and events • Longer-form YouTube content • Interviews • Promotional campaigns • Behind-the-scenes content • Brand films • Other London Elite Youth projects Applying Please send us: 1. Your portfolio/showreel 2. Examples of social-first content you’ve created 3. Examples of photography 4. Your location 5. Equipment you currently use 6. Editing software you use 7. General availability 8. Your usual day/half-day rate 9. Your suggested monthly retainer 10. What you would propose delivering within that retainer Most importantly, we’d like to see your work. If you have ideas about how you would approach the London Elite Youth brand creatively, we’d also love to hear them.

B2B Telemarketing – Event Sponsor Lead Generation
ABOUT US Cyber Risk International (CRI.ie) is Platinum Sponsor of the European Digital Governance Summit (EDGS), hosted by the ICTTF.org International Cyber Threat Task Force at the Mansion House, Dublin on 25 November 2026 (digitalgovernance.eu). It is a one-day, invitation-led summit for senior leaders of organisations regulated under DORA and NIS2 — boards and management bodies, no sales pitches from the stage. We need an experienced B2B telemarketer or small agency to identify and qualify companies interested in sponsoring or partnering with the summit, and pass warm leads to our events manager. A limited number of sponsor and partner slots are available, so this campaign needs to start immediately and move quickly. THE WORK We supply a target list of companies — cybersecurity, GRC, legal, consulting and technology vendors that serve the financial services and regulated sectors. The list contains company names only; no contacts, emails or phone numbers. You build the contact list, identifying and reaching the right person at each company — typically the Head of Marketing, Events Manager, Partnerships or Business Development lead. Your job is to qualify interest, not close. When a company is interested, you email them the sponsor brochure from an ICTTF email address we provide, copying in our events manager, who follows up to arrange a call and take the sales conversation forward. Where a call doesn't connect, follow-up emails using our templates are fine. Success metric: number of qualified, interested companies who have received the brochure with our events manager copied in, plus a clean contact list handed back to us at the end. WHAT WE PROVIDE Target company list, sponsor brochure / partner prospectus, call brief and talking points, one-page summit overview, an ICTTF email address, email templates, and a weekly check-in. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven B2B telemarketing / lead-generation experience, ideally selling into or on behalf of the cybersecurity, technology or events sector. - Comfortable reaching marketing and partnership decision-makers and getting past gatekeepers. - Fluent, native-level English with a clear, professional telephone manner. Experience calling into the Irish and UK markets is strongly preferred. - Able to work Irish/UK business hours (GMT/IST). - Familiarity with the cybersecurity or financial services sector is a strong advantage but not essential — we will brief you fully. - Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and clean, structured reporting. - GDPR-aware: contact sourcing and outreach must comply with GDPR and applicable e-privacy rules for B2B contact. Please describe in your proposal how you source contacts and stay compliant. REPORTING Weekly report in a shared spreadsheet or CRM: contacts identified, calls made, outcomes, brochures sent, follow-ups scheduled. All contact data gathered during the project belongs to CRI/ICTTF and is handed over in full on completion. COMMERCIALS We want to price this on output, not time. Please quote a fixed price for a batch of 100 target companies. - A "target" is one named decision-maker (marketing, events, partnerships or business development) at a company on our list. Building the named contact list from our company list is included in the batch price. - A target counts as "worked" once you have made a minimum of three call attempts on different days, plus one follow-up email where a call did not connect, and logged the outcome. - The batch is complete when all 100 targets have been worked and the contact list and outcome log have been handed over. - Please state the timeframe you would need to complete a batch of 100, and the number of qualified leads (brochure sent, events manager copied) you would expect from it. - We are open to a performance bonus per qualified lead on top of the batch price — suggest a structure in your proposal. If the first batch delivers, we will roll the contract on in further batches up to the event on 25 November 2026, so please indicate your capacity. Start: immediately (September 2026). IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Relevant experience — particularly outreach to marketing or partnership teams in the technology, cybersecurity or events sector. 2. How you source and verify contact details, and how you manage GDPR compliance. 3. Your price per batch of 100 target companies, the timeframe to complete it, and expected qualified leads. 4. A short voice sample or willingness to do a 10-minute call before we award the project. 5. Availability during Irish/UK business hours and earliest start date. Applications that clearly address the points above will be prioritised.

14 days ago28 proposalsRemoteSeeking a Registered Barristers Legal Opinion
I am seeking assistance with a narrowly defined legal opinion concerning a new UK start-up product being developed under the law of England and Wales. MANORIAL HOUSE is developing a Heritable Lordship Style-Title, structured as a modern private contractual product associated with a researched historic English manor. Importantly, the Product does not purport to sell, restore or re-establish the original historic lordship, land, manorial rights, peerage, nobility, Crown dignity or public office. The operative rights arise from a private Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment and are expressly described as modern contractual rights. The full document suite has already undergone an independent legal consultancy review, including the operative Deed, consumer terms and conditions, prospective purchaser information and wording, succession arrangements, purchase letter and certificate. A separate independent legal assessment has also considered the specific terminology used for the Style-Title in relation to the question below, however they were not registered. I am now seeking a formally instructed practising barrister to provide an independent opinion on the narrower underlying question: Whether, under the law of England and Wales, there is any legal impediment to a company creating and granting by private deed a modern contractual style in the form “Lord of [Place] or Lord of the Manor of [Place]”, where it is expressly distinguished from ownership of the historic Lordship of the Manor and from any peerage, Crown dignity, nobility, manorial property right or official status. I would particularly welcome Counsel's opinion on whether “Lord of [Place]” is legally preferable to “Lord of the Manor of [Place]” for maintaining that distinction, having regard to contract law, manorial/property law, misrepresentation, passing off and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. I am not asking Counsel to certify ownership of any historic lordship or undertake historical title verification. If the conclusion is supportive, I would also require a short approved public-facing summary which may accurately be shown to customers as evidence that the legal structure and terminology have been independently considered by practising Counsel. This is a personally funded pre-launch business and legal due diligence is being undertaken before the Product is offered to the public/launched. I am therefore exploring whether this narrowly scoped opinion might be suitable for pro bono or reduced-fee assistance. AI Animated Video Creator – British Crime History Project Project Type: Freelance / potential ongoing work Content: British crime history, historical murders & unsolved cases Video Length: Approximately 5–10 minutes About the Project I am looking for a talented AI video creator/animator to produce a series of documentary-style animated videos covering historical British crime cases, including unsolved murders. This is currently a private educational project. I will provide the case research, important facts, names, locations and overall direction. Visual Style I am particularly interested in cinematic cartoon/animation or graphic-novel-style visuals. The animation should feel mature and atmospheric rather than like children’s animation. Think: * Dark British streets and estates * Period-accurate cars, clothing and locations * Cinematic lighting and camera angles * Consistent recurring character designs * Graphic-novel / illustrated documentary aesthetic * Atmospheric scenes and establishing shots * Tasteful reconstructed crime scenes * Maps, newspaper-style graphics, dates and timelines The creator should be capable of keeping characters visually consistent throughout a video. Complete Video Production Each finished video should ideally include: * Script development from my research * AI-generated animation/visuals * Professional narration * Sound effects and atmospheric music * Editing and transitions * Titles and captions * Maps/timelines where relevant * Final 1080p or 4K video The storytelling should clearly distinguish established facts from allegations, theories and dramatised reconstruction. Confidentiality All case selections, research, scripts, creative concepts and materials supplied by me are confidential. They must not be copied, published, shared, repurposed or used to create competing content without my written permission. Any commissioned video and original creative assets produced specifically for the project should be supplied to me upon completion, with commercial usage rights agreed before work begins. When Applying Please send examples of your previous AI animation/video work and tell me: * What AI tools you use * Your price for a completed 5–10 minute video * Your turnaround time * Whether you can maintain consistent characters * Whether narration and sound design are included * Whether you can work from research/notes supplied by me There is potential for regular ongoing work if the first video meets the required standard.

We are looking for a talented UI / visual web designer with strong art direction skills to create a new visual direction for an established B2B company operating in the field of sensory marketing and customer experience. The company provides solutions that help brands create engaging and memorable customer experiences in physical commercial spaces. Its offering combines sensory marketing, digital media, content and technology. What we need This is a visual design project, not a development project. We want to substantially redesign the visual presentation of the existing website and create a more modern, distinctive and premium digital presence. The scope includes: • overall visual direction and art direction • homepage and hero section • visual presentation of services and solutions • original graphics, illustrations or other visual concepts • iconography • typography and colour system • UI components and section layouts • presentation of projects / case studies • concepts for animation or motion where they add value • desktop and mobile layouts • organised final design files in Figma The website should communicate sensory marketing as an integrated approach to building customer and brand experiences. We specifically do not want the website structure or visual concept to be organised around individual human senses. The result should feel contemporary, visually engaging and credible for an established B2B company, while avoiding the generic appearance of a typical corporate website or ready-made template. Who we are looking for We are particularly interested in designers who are strong not only in UX/UI, but also in visual communication, graphic design and art direction. The ability to create distinctive hero concepts, graphics, visual storytelling and a coherent visual language is important to us. When submitting your proposal, please include: • relevant website/UI projects from your portfolio • examples demonstrating strong visual or art direction • examples of custom graphics, illustrations or iconography, if available • a short explanation of how you would approach this redesign • your proposed price and estimated timeframe Please do not create any unpaid sample work specifically for this proposal. We will evaluate candidates based on existing portfolio work and their proposed approach. The selected designer may initially be commissioned for a defined visual design stage, with the possibility of continuing into the complete website redesign if the creative direction is successful. No coding or website development is required.
