Two PPC landing pages for UK financial services
I’m looking for a designer/developer to create two simple, high-converting landing pages for PPC campaigns:
- Equity Release
- Adverse Credit Remortgages
I have an existing landing page from another business that I would like to use as a reference, particularly the overall structure and flow of its data-capture form. The intention is not to copy the site, but to create something similarly simple and effective.
The aim is deliberately minimalist: reassure visitors, provide enough information for them to understand the service, and then quickly and efficiently collect their details for us to contact them.
I can provide the core copy and regulatory wording, although input on presentation, structure and conversion-focused wording would be welcome.
Both pages should:
- Be fully responsive and designed primarily with mobile PPC traffic in mind.
- Include a simple/multi-step lead capture form.
- Be fast-loading and lightweight.
- Allow Google Ads/GA4 conversion tracking to be added.
- Use our existing company branding.
- Include the appropriate regulatory/privacy/footer areas.
- Be easy for us to amend in future.
The landing pages should be hosted independently of our existing website, ideally on a subdomain of our current company domain, with the subdomain pointed via DNS to the new hosting provider. This will be arranged with our existing website provider, although the final hosting arrangement has not yet been confirmed.
Experience creating websites or landing pages for UK FCA-regulated financial-services firms is strongly preferred. Please include examples of relevant work if available.
We will retain responsibility for approving all regulated financial-services copy and claims.
Please quote a fixed price for both pages and indicate what hosting solution/technology you would recommend.
Budget is indicative and I’m open to sensible proposals based on relevant experience and the recommended technical/hosting approach.

Even though the two pages will sit separately from the site, can you share the LIVE site URL?
This will help assess what global elements may need to be replicated on the landing pages.
Can you also share the URL of the existing page from the other business?
This will help in getting a better idea of your ambition.
