Arabic/MENA X + Telegram Growth Marketer Creator Industry

We are looking for an experienced growth marketer / traffic specialist to manage and grow X (Twitter) and Telegram accounts for adult content creators.

This is not a basic social media posting role. We want someone who understands organic traffic generation, account growth, content distribution, audience acquisition and conversion funnels.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work with creator-authorized secondary/mirror accounts across X and Telegram.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing multiple X accounts
• Managing Telegram channels and traffic strategies
• Repurposing and distributing creator-approved content
• Developing organic traffic strategies
• Testing posting frequency, formats, hooks and distribution methods
• Cross-promoting accounts and building traffic networks
• Driving qualified traffic toward creators’ main pages/funnels
• Tracking clicks, traffic and conversions
• Identifying which content, audiences and traffic sources perform best
• Scaling strategies that demonstrate measurable results

All accounts and creator content are operated with the creators’ permission.

Arabic / MENA Experience — Big Bonus

Arabic-language marketing experience is a major advantage.

We are particularly interested in applicants who:

• Speak or write Arabic fluently
• Understand Arabic-speaking online audiences and internet culture
• Have experience marketing to audiences across MENA
• Understand how Arabic content, captions and messaging should be localized rather than simply translated
• Have experience growing Arabic X or Telegram audiences
• Understand regional differences between Arabic-speaking markets
