About the Role We're a fast-moving DTC e-commerce brand and we need someone to fill our talent pipeline — not theorize about it. No HR strategy, no process design. This role is split across two core responsibilities : 1. High-volume sourcing — this is the heart of the job. You own the pipeline. You hunt profiles, you reach out, you follow up. 15 qualified candidates per role within 5 days, then 5 fresh profiles every Monday. No candidate goes cold on your watch. 2. HR coordination — once candidates are in the pipeline, you run first-round screening calls, organize batch interview sessions, and coordinate paid trial onboarding end-to-end (contracts, tool access, briefing docs, ATS updates). You'll cover marketing-heavy roles — Creative Strategist, Media Buying, Growth, Video Editor, CRO. You don't need to run campaigns, but you need to recognize a strong e-commerce profile when you see one. What You'll Do Own active sourcing across all open roles simultaneously Deliver 15 qualified profiles per role within 5 days of kick-off, then 5 fresh profiles every Monday per active role Run daily outreach and follow-ups across the full pipeline Conduct first-round screening calls and batch interview sessions (7 candidates per call) Deliver structured summaries to the CEO after each review session Coordinate paid trial onboarding : contracts, tool access, briefing docs Keep the ATS up to date at all times Our Weekly Rhythm Monday — 5 new profiles per active role Tuesday — CEO review session Wednesday to Friday — daily follow-up on all active candidates You escalate to the COO only after exhausting all available tools and documented processes. What We're Looking For Proven high-volume sourcing experience — you've filled pipelines, not just posted job ads Strong headhunting skills : LinkedIn, Boolean search, cold outreach Ability to manage 5+ open roles simultaneously without losing track Fully autonomous : when the process is there, you execute without being asked Strong written English for all candidate communications Mastery of a project management tool such as Asana is essential — we run all recruiting operations through it and you'll be expected to hit the ground running from day one Nice to Have Prior experience recruiting in e-commerce, DTC, or digital marketing agencies Familiarity with performance marketing roles (media buying, creative strategy, growth) Comfortable with async remote work : Slack, Google Workspace

21 days ago29 proposalsRemoteWP: Replace Elementor Pro with Free Alternatives + Tweaks
I am looking for an established WordPress freelancer to help me with a few functionality and design changes on my website. Part 1: Elementor Pro Replacement My site is currently running on an expired Elementor Pro license. I will not be renewing this license. I need you to safely remove the Pro dependency and replace the Pro features (specifically the header, sticky menu, mobile menu, and contact form) with reliable, free plugin alternatives. You will need to rebuild or adjust these elements to ensure they function perfectly without the Pro license. Part 2: UI/UX Alterations (Please note: Additional CSS was previously used to make changes to the site.) - Header/Menu:** Create a fade or shrinking effect on the logo as users scroll. - Sticky Menu: Add a solid background effect on the menu upon scrolling (it currently blends into the header and is hard to read). - Mobile Menu: Fix the mobile menu button (currently unresponsive, likely tied to the Pro license issue). - Dynamic Tags: The headers are currently using dynamic tags, making them very difficult for me to edit. I would like this undone and replaced with a standard setup so I can easily change text myself in the future. - Image Optimization: The home page hero image is too large and slowing down page load speeds; please optimize it. - Contact Form: The form is currently broken. Please replace it with a free alternative (e.g., WPForms, Contact Form 7) and add a "Your request has been submitted" success message. Part 3: Final Security Diagnostic My website was recently compromised by a Japanese Keyword/Spam injection. I have already performed the cleanup myself (deleted unauthorized users, removed spam text) and ran diagnostics that came back with a clean bill of health. However, as part of this job, I would like you to run a final diagnostic to flag any underlying issues, broken links, or lingering vulnerabilities I may have missed.
16 days ago41 proposalsRemoteArcGIS Pro Expert for Hydrology & Contour Mapping
I need two complementary datasets built from the same elevation source: 1) precise hydroplane tracing that captures natural drainage lines, gullies and flow paths; 2) a full set of elevation contours. Both outputs will feed into agriculture planning, flood-risk checks and some small-scale construction decisions, so accuracy is critical, especially around low-lying paddocks and potential building pads. I will supply current property boundaries and any existing DEM tiles I hold; if higher-resolution data or LiDAR is available in public repositories, please factor that in. The work can be completed in ArcGIS Pro (preferred) or an equivalent GIS that produces identical results. Acceptance criteria • Hydroplanes snap cleanly to the underlying DEM and respect watershed breaks. • Contours are smooth, logically nested and free of spikes or dangles. • All layers align perfectly with GDA2020 / MGA Zone 55. • Metadata records processing steps and source datasets. Deliverables • Layer files (shapefile or GeoPackage) for hydrolines and contours. • A ready-to-print PDF map for each property at 1:5 000 showing both layers, legend and scale bar. • Brief method note (PDF or DOCX) summarising tools, settings and any interpolation used. If something here is unclear, let me know so we can pin down exact contour intervals and file naming before you begin.
