-/ Do you already have an existing website, POS system, or ordering platform that this app needs to connect with, or will this be a completely new standalone system?

-/ For the ordering process, should customers be able to choose delivery and pickup, schedule orders for later, and add custom notes or item variations/add-ons?

-/ Regarding payments and operations, do you want the first version to include online payments, loyalty/rewards, driver management, or should we keep these for a future phase?

-/ Also, how many locations/branches will the admin panel need to support, and should each branch manage its own menu and orders separately?

I’ve gone through the technical requirements and wanted to clarify the budget before submitting a detailed proposal. Is the £250 listed the total budget for the complete iOS + Android app, backend/API, admin panel, notifications, testing and deployment, or is it an initial/starting budget for the project?

One thing I want to be transparent about: our directly relevant delivered mobile experience is in Flutter/business applications rather than a food-ordering app specifically. If previous food-ordering delivery is an absolute requirement, I understand if that makes us unsuitable for this project.

If the broader Flutter/API/business-application experience is acceptable, I can share the relevant app and backend/admin examples and we can discuss the requirements further.

Does it need delivery, pickup, dine-in, or all three?
Can customers order as guests, or must they create an account?
Will customers pay inside the app? Which methods are required—card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash?
Do menu items have sizes, add-ons, options, special instructions, or different prices?
Who will manage the menu, prices, images, and item availability?
What order statuses are required, and can staff accept or reject orders?
Which notifications should customers receive—push, SMS, or email?
What features and staff roles are needed in the admin panel?
Is there an existing POS, website, inventory system, delivery service, or API to integrate?
How should failed payments, cancelled orders, refunds, and duplicate order requests be handled?
Are discounts, promo codes, loyalty points, taxes, tips, and delivery fees required?
Do you already have UI designs, branding, backend hosting, and Apple/Google developer accounts?
