I also need a simple admin area where I can see: the order child’s name and photo generated character image regenerate it if needed approve the order At first, I do not need the whole book to be generated automatically. Position Overview We’re looking for a talented and performance-driven Creative Strategist to develop high-converting ad concepts for fast-growing DTC and eCommerce brands. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours. You will own the creative strategy behind paid social campaigns—from researching audiences and competitors to developing ad angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and testing plans. You’ll work closely with Video Editors, Static Designers, and the wider performance marketing team to turn ideas into scroll-stopping creatives that drive measurable results. Build and maintain a structured creative testing pipeline. Analyze creative performance data and identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and other key metrics. Turn winning concepts into new variations, iterations, and scalable creative systems. Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure creative direction is executed accurately. Requirements — Must Have Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Creative Strategist, Media Buyer with strong creative experience, or similar role. Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce advertising and paid social platforms, especially Meta and TikTok. Experience developing direct-response ad concepts that are designed to drive conversions. Strong understanding of customer psychology, buyer objections, awareness levels, hooks, offers, and messaging. Ability to interpret creative performance data and use it to improve future concepts. Excellent written communication skills, including ad copy, hooks, scripts, and creative briefs. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Experience collaborating with Video Editors, Designers, UGC creators, or marketing teams. Stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
