We are looking for a developer to build a men's grooming salon system including a mobile application and Windows-based management software.

The system should allow customers to easily book haircuts, grooming services, and related products through the mobile app, while helping salon managers control daily operations efficiently through a Windows application.

The main focus is convenience, reliability, and a smooth user experience for both customers and staff.

The system should include dynamic appointment scheduling, real-time availability checking, booking updates, customer notifications, and service management.

A simple and efficient Windows control panel is required to manage all important operations, including appointments, staff schedules, customer information, delivery orders, payments, and business records.

    When you say “Windows-based management software,” do you require a genuinely native installed Windows application (e.g. .NET/WPF), or would you prefer a desktop-packaged management application sharing the same backend and business logic as the mobile platform? This decision materially affects architecture, offline capability, deployment/updates and the amount of duplicated development.
    For real-time appointment availability, should the system simply prevent double-booking, or should it operate as an actual scheduling engine that considers service duration, staff qualifications, working hours/breaks, simultaneous resource capacity, leave, walk-ins, preparation/cleanup buffers and multiple services within one booking before calculating which slots can genuinely be offered to a customer?

    Do you require a standalone Windows .exe application, or would a web-based admin panel work on Windows?
