Build a Local Trades Marketplace / Job & Quote Platform

We are looking for a developer to build a simple web-based marketplace connecting customers with local handymen and tradespeople in the UK.

The initial platform should allow:

Customers to create an account and post a job, including description, postcode and photos
Tradespeople to register, create a profile and select their trade/service areas
Relevant tradespeople to view available jobs
Tradespeople to submit quotes to customers
Customers and tradespeople to communicate through an internal messaging system
Customers to select/accept a quote
The platform to automatically calculate a percentage booking fee based on the accepted quote
Customer to pay the booking fee online
Contact details to be revealed only after the booking fee has been paid
The remaining balance to be paid directly by the customer to the tradesperson outside the platform
Reviews/ratings after a completed job
Basic admin dashboard for managing users, jobs, quotes and bookings
Email notifications

Important: The platform will NOT collect or distribute the full value of the job. It will only collect its own booking fee when a customer accepts a quote.

The website must be mobile-friendly.

We are open to WordPress, Bubble, Sharetribe or another cost-effective solution. Please recommend the most suitable approach.
