AudioDrama Editor
Hello, EDIT: This project currently has 3 candidates, you are free to apply but I will be focusing on these individuals first. Thank you. I am looking for someone to edit the audio files for my audiodrama based on A Tale of Four Mages written by me. The files will be downloaded from Google Drive and uploaded to the same place. You will need to sign a contract as the product you will be working on is copywritten by me and produced by Dorrance Publishing. The contract will specifically be between you and me (the owner of the rights) This is a long-term recurring project, A Tale of Four Mages has 56 chapters, an epilogue and we are on chapter 8. I also have 12 other books; many are awaiting publication (future work). Your first task will be to arrange the files in order. The files come in chapter sets of 1 to 4. The narrator has been instructed to properly number these files for easier editing. Your second task will be to eliminate noises and mistakes from the narrator as best you can. The narrator is young and a mouth breather, but she is willing to learn and has a good attitude. At this point you will upload the first file, a clean version with no sound effects. Your third task will be to add sound effects as needed to create a scene. Ex; footsteps, bootsteps, magic usage, wind, trees rustling, snoring, etc. Some single scenes may require up to five sounds at a time. Many scenes will need unique or modified sounds, so they are a little different from one another. Changing speed, pitch, volume, etc will accomplish this. Videos will need to be 8-12 minutes each. Videos will need a 20-40 minute build up before the narration and a 20-40 minute breakdown after. Length is determined by the narration length. You will be expected to produce one edited video per two weeks, but this can go up to a video every week once my current publication is finished and I get another narrator. Payment Name your price, we can haggle if necessary but once we agree on something that is the pay we go with. I have a reputation for developing long-term working relationships with my clients, often giving them first dibs on multiple paying jobs. I offer bonuses for hard work, but I am not made of money. I also offer advanced pay when applicable. All these details and more will be covered in the contract. Do you have any questions? How much are you willing to do this per video? Sample video: https://youtu.be/jMYor8835U4?si=1sIPJG_oj-c5gQ2g Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/A.Tale.of.Series
I need advice about using Affiliate Marketing
Hello, in the past, I had a website where all the products were affiliate links and I used to earn from it. (This was just a little sideline business to my main work at the time, but it did make quite good passive income using Amazon and a few other affiliate programmes). I had a friend who uses to do our SEO for free plus I got some PR on it myself which helped to draw traffic. I would like to get back into this, as with over 25 years experience in Retail I have the ability to curate collections of bestselling products and know what will sell well. I need advice as to how I do this best and at as little investment as possible. A website? Shopify? Pinterest? Instagram? Which is easiest? I would like to just stick with Amazon at this stage. I have a theme/niche that I would like to specialise in which I will keep private. But if you could give me some advice, or if indeed there is anyone who could help set this up for me and shoe me how and where to drop links etc. I'm very rusty on this- I have the "selecting products and branding capabilities" but not the tech side of things. Obviously if you can and are chosen to help me to set up, I will book that as another job, this first one is just to discuss. Ps. You see many Instagram posts regarding "side-hustles" for busy Mums, where they are simply working with affiliate links to generate income. Do these really work? Like I say, this is just a side hustle to my normal work just because I know that I have a skill that I may aswell put to use, plus I really enjoy it and it generated income in the past. I realise the landscape has changed however, so how can I still do this, whilst moving with the times to make it a success? Thank you Joanne

17 hours ago15 proposalsRemoteSaaS SEO Traffic Growth
We are engaged by a SaaS platform that sells exclusively to businesses and I’m looking to ramp up non-paid acquisition by strengthening SEO. Our client has recently launched an AI tool in competing with tools like Jasper and write sonic. Please visit https://vyndow.com/vyndow-seo.html to know how this tool operates and its benefits. You can sign in for free and use it. The immediate objective is clear: drive a measurable lift in organic traffic. To get there, we need someone who can own keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical clean-up and the content angle that ties it all together. Expect to work with data from Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush and a screaming-frog style crawler so we have a shared, numbers-driven roadmap. The focus keywords would be around AI writing, AI SEO, blog generation, content writting etc. Deliverables I’m expecting • A prioritised keyword universe mapped to buyer intent and funnel stage • Page-level on-page recommendations (titles, meta, internal links, copy tweaks) for the core site sections • A concise technical audit highlighting indexation issues, speed problems, schema opportunities and anything else blocking growth • Content briefs or outlines that show how to capture additional opportunity keywords Success will be tracked against traffic uplift, crawl health and ranking movement for the agreed keyword set. If you’re comfortable digging deep into SaaS-specific SERPs and can communicate findings in plain English, we should be a great fit. The primary objective is to drive organic traffic from SEO executives, SEO agencies, Content Agencies and others who are likely to be searching for AI tools for SEO and Content. 25 days ago20 proposalsRemoteDigital Marketing Partner for Our Start-up
i-Thrive Well-Being is seeking an experienced UK-based digital marketing and growth partner to work alongside us in a practical, iterative support model. As a growing start-up brand, part of the challenge is building awareness that i-Thrive exists, particularly within our local catchment and among clearly defined audiences. At the same time, the business must generate enquiries, qualified leads, and—critically—confirmed bookings to support sustainable growth. Rather than a linear “audit → wait → implement” approach, this engagement blends fact-based performance review, rapid implementation of clear quick wins, and concurrent strategy development across paid advertising, organic social media, lead generation, and local SEO. This is a hands-on collaboration, not a reporting-only exercise. ________________________________________ Commercial Principle (Important) Paid Digital Advertising = ROI in Bookings For paid digital advertising, the primary and non-negotiable output is return on investment in bookings. Brand awareness, traffic, and lead volume are supporting indicators, but paid media success is judged on cost per booking, booking volume, and revenue impact, not impressions or clicks alone. ________________________________________ How We Expect the Engagement to Work From the outset, the partner will be expected to: • Rapidly assess current performance across paid ads, organic social, website, and local search • Implement immediate improvements to enquiry, lead, and booking flow • Improve clarity of messaging so audiences understand who we are, what we do, and who we are for • Refine targeting, structure, and creative based on observed response • Build a clear growth strategy informed by what actually converts This mirrors how i-Thrive works with its own clients: measure → interpret → act → review ________________________________________ About i-Thrive i-Thrive Well-Being is a UK-based health, wellbeing, and performance business combining evidence-led diagnostics with structured coaching and behaviour change. We work across four domains: • Healthspan, longevity & metabolic health • Sports performance & endurance • Menopause & midlife health • Executive & workplace performance Our approach is underpinned by a proprietary 5-Dimensional Model of Thriving (movement, nutrition, sleep, psychological wellbeing, purpose & lifestyle). We operate between healthcare and wellness in a high-trust, evidence-based space. ________________________________________ What We Do Diagnostics & Measurement DEXA body composition and bone health, VO₂ max, RMR, lactate testing, metabolic and performance profiling — used to inform decisions, not just generate reports. Coaching & Application One-to-one coaching and structured programmes across longevity, menopause, sports performance, and executive performance. Marketing must attract clients who value measured insight and coached behaviour change, not quick fixes. ________________________________________ Physical Presence We operate from a physical testing and consultation facility in Surrey, serving Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, and West Sussex. Local visibility, Google “near me” searches, and reputation are commercially critical. ________________________________________ Scope of Support 1. Paid Digital Advertising (Google & Meta) Primary objective: bookings with clear ROAS Includes performance review (spend → enquiries → leads → bookings), conversion tracking validation, campaign optimisation by service line, budget allocation by cost per booking, and ongoing optimisation. 2. Organic Social Media (Audit & Evaluation) Core platforms: Instagram, Facebook Evaluate the strategic importance of TikTok, Threads, and emerging platforms based on whether they materially support awareness, trust, enquiries, or bookings. 3. LinkedIn Launch – Executive & Workplace Performance Evaluate, launch, or reposition LinkedIn for executive audiences, with a clear content strategy aligned to workplace wellbeing, resilience, and sustainable performance. Support B2B conversations and partnerships. 4. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimisation Website, ads, and social → enquiries, leads, bookings. Includes forms, landing pages, lead magnets, Mailchimp journeys, segmentation, and attribution. 5. Local SEO Google Business Profile optimisation, local keyword strategy, reviews, and on-site local SEO to drive qualified local enquiries that convert. ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For • Experience in health, wellbeing, sports performance, menopause, or executive performance • Comfortable working with start-ups or scale-ups • Strong analytical and commercial mindset • Open to a performance-based or hybrid commercial model • Collaborative, transparent working style UK-based preferred | Surrey-based a bonus Please include: • Relevant experience • Examples of similar work • Your approach to balancing brand awareness with booking ROI • Indicative pricing (initial and ongoing)

UK Law concerning Buy to Let Mortgages
I have a situation with the UK mortgage lender where I have a mortgage which needs to be redeemed in my soul name by the 31st of March 2026. When I asked the lender for a redemption figure they picked up on a disputed joint mortgage with a third-party from 6 1/2 years ago which had been repossessed because it had come to the end of its term what they are saying is that they have the right in law to now link both mortgages so when I repay the debt owed on the mortgage in my soul name they will not release the charge until the debt is repaid on the mortgage in joint names. I have questioned this two or three times and they refused to budge I would like advice on whether this is something that would stand up in court given that the two mortgages are in completely different entities, a little information regarding the joint Mortgage since my complaint about the way the repossession was handled 6 1/2 years ago I have not heard from them at all not one letter a statement or any communication whatsoever. It is my belief as this has been written off and that they are now trying to collect this using the security of the Mortgage in my soul name I have been trying to get this matter resolved them for over nine months they are In London! who no longer lends New borrowing they are just executing the old MORTGAGE EXPRESS book. It would be good if I would be able to speak to the successful person to discuss this matter as well as have a written answer as there are some complicated issues.
