Instagram Outbound DMs VA (Repetitive Work – Not Creative)

We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant for Instagram outbound messaging.

This is simple, repetitive work.
If you need variety, creativity, or “fun tasks” — this is not for you.

Daily workload:

* Send **200 outbound messages/day**
* Send **400 follow-ups/day**
* Follow a **clear script + SOP**
* Log basic data (sent, replies, booked calls)

What this job is:

* Copy → Paste → Personalise → Send
* Same task, every day
* High attention to detail (need to pick the right lead)
* Consistency over intelligence

What this job is NOT:

* No content creation
* No strategy
* No talking on calls
* No posting

Requirements:

* Comfortable doing repetitive work for hours
* Strong English (reading + writing)
* Reliable internet
* Can follow instructions EXACTLY
* Can hit daily message quotas without excuses
* You need to live in USA

Bonus (not required):

* Prior Instagram DM / outbound experience
* Experience with lead tracking or simple CRMs

Pay:

* Competitive hourly rate
* Long-term position if performance is consistent
