A reusable, multi-channel Core Agent for different use cases

I need an n8n developer to:

Build a new Core Agent workflow that:

Is triggered by a single webhook with a standard JSON input

Calls my existing RAG workflow

Includes toggleable “tools” (RAG search, send email, send file, bookings, CRM, tasks, logging)

Returns a standard JSON output (reply text, actions taken, handoff needed, etc.)

Has a clear config section so I can duplicate it into new agents (sales, internal, social, etc.)

Create small per-channel wrapper workflows that route into the Core Agent for:

Web / generic chat (HTTP)

Microsoft Teams

Telegram

SMS / text

WhatsApp

Email (send replies)

Phone calls (STT → Core Agent → TTS)

Video calls (Teams / Zoom / Meet via a bot/bridge)

At least one social DM channel (e.g. Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn Page messaging)

Add basic logging and error handling so interactions are recorded and failures return a safe fallback reply.

All workflows must be delivered as working n8n JSON exports with a short screen-recorded walkthrough (e.g. Loom) showing how the Core Agent works, how each channel connects, and how to duplicate the agent via config.

I will provide:

JSON exports of my existing RAG + agent workflows

A short written overview of how they currently behave

Test credentials for OpenAI, Pinecone, and the chosen comms providers
