Scope of work I am looking for someone who can help with both brochure design and supporting brand collateral, including: 1) Refine my existing logo direction * Refine and elevate my current seedling logo concept * Ensure it feels premium, calm, warm and professional * Prepare it in a way that works consistently across PDFs and future brand materials e.g. letterheadsetc. 2) Design the first two client-facing PDFs in Canva I need two polished, fully editable Canva PDFs: PDF 1 – Introductory brochure / overview This will introduce my work and provide an intuitive overview of what I offer, including: * introduction to my consultancy * my approach / philosophy * overview of ways to work together * contact details PDF 2 – Detailed services guide This will provide more detailed information on my services and packages, including: * package breakdowns * pricing * what is included * deliverables / support structure I already have the content drafted. I need a designer who can structure, lay out and present it beautifully, rather than someone who needs to invent the business model from scratch. 3) Create branded stationery / supporting document templates I would also like branded Canva templates for client-facing follow-up materials, for example: * recommendation / summary PDFs * follow-up documents * ongoing support / review documents * branded simple email / PDF style assets where relevant The goal is to create a consistent visual identity across my brochures and the materials I send to families afterwards. Style / design direction I am looking for a design style that feels: * calm * refined * premium * warm * family-oriented * editorial rather than corporate * not childish, cartoonish or overly “cute” * not generic wellness-coach branding The visual direction should feel thoughtful, soft and high-end, while still being approachable and family-focused. I am drawn to: * soft neutrals / warm ivory / beige / muted sage / earthy tones * elegant typography * clean spacing and hierarchy * a boutique consulting feel rather than a loud commercial brand Important notes * I already have the content, structure and package information. This is primarily a design / layout / brand refinement project, although light copy polishing where needed is welcome. * I want the final materials to feel cohesive, not like text dropped into a generic Canva template. * I need the final files to be fully editable in Canva, so I can update wording, prices or follow-up materials myself later.
