Description

Experience Level: Entry
We are planning an SEO update of our website and the creation and implementation of a new calculator.

The goals will involve the review of code created to fix various SEO issues and implementation into our company website via WordPress. The prototype calculator will also need a review and then integration onto the main bridging page.

Prior to implementation all code will be reviewed and any fixes implemented following discussion. On completion the website must be fully functional.

    Should the calculator be embedded directly into the existing WordPress/Divi page, or will it sit on a separate calculator page?

    I’ve reviewed both of the example documents you attached before deciding whether to submit a proposal.

    The work looks perfectly feasible, but I wanted to clarify the budget before applying.

    From the examples, this appears to involve more than simply pasting supplied code into WordPress — there is Divi/WordPress implementation, JavaScript/CSS, schema and SEO changes, new/updated page structure, internal linking, calculator integration, testing and potentially some debugging of the supplied code.

    I also noticed a couple of areas I’d want to review rather than implement blindly — for example, the supplied code attempts to hide duplicated team-member output with JavaScript, whereas I’d prefer to identify the underlying Divi issue, and the calculator contains business logic/thresholds that I’d want confirmed before deployment.

    Is the £120 figure intended as the actual budget for the full implementation, or is it simply a placeholder/indicative budget?

    If there is flexibility for a realistic quote based on the full scope, I’d be very interested in submitting a proposal.
