    Which Azure services and database are you using?
    Do the changes involve only backend development, or also frontend updates?
    Does the platform handle patient records or other sensitive health information? What privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements must the developer follow?
    Are there integrations involved, such as EHR/EMR systems, payment services, or third-party APIs?
    Is there an existing development team, technical documentation, and a staging environment?
    How are testing and deployments managed? Do you use Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions?
    What is your target deadline and budget? What would successful delivery look like?
    Is being physically located in the U.S. required, or would a remote developer with U.S. working-hour availability be acceptable?
