HaloPSA Development - Ticketing Processes

We have a small helpdesk, and need assistance reviewing what we have set up with HaloPSA and utilising the Triage AI and anything else to help improve the flow of tickets we get logged. From assigning them, through to categorisation and what happens when tickets are closed. Its set up already and working, but tickets arrive and everything is manual. If the AI is able to detect things and respond with articles and support, that would be good as well. We only have a couple of engineers, so tickets are routed for website related work to one engineer, then everything else to another engineer for the moment. With an option of when one engineer is on leave, we need to change it to another.
