Senior Full-Stack Developer, Long-Term Role

Summary
We’re looking for a senior full-stack developer to join our team on a long-term basis.

You’ll work closely with our team and clients to build, improve, and maintain modern web applications. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, communicate clearly, and work independently without needing constant supervision.

* Strong full-stack development experience
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
* Experience building and integrating REST APIs
* Good understanding of databases and backend architecture
* Experience with Git and modern development workflows
* Ability to understand requirements and turn them into working software
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Comfortable communicating directly with U.S.-based clients
* Able to explain technical concepts clearly and naturally
* Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently

- Communication Requirement

This role involves regular communication with U.S.-based clients, so excellent spoken English and clear, natural communication are required.

You do not need to be American, but you should be highly comfortable communicating with American clients in professional situations. A clear and easily understandable accent is important because client communication will be part of the role.

- Paid $5 Test

As the first step, shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small $5 paid test task.

The test is intentionally short and is designed to evaluate your:

* Full-stack development ability
* Code quality
* Problem-solving approach
* Attention to detail
* Communication skills

We do not expect you to complete substantial unpaid work. The test will be a small, clearly defined task.
