Sales Person Needed for Software Pilot Outreach

We are looking for an experienced sales person / business development professional to help introduce our new care management software, Tiliom Care, to care homes across the UK.

The initial project will involve calling care homes and speaking with the appropriate decision-maker to offer them the opportunity to take part in a pilot of our new software.

This is not a hard-sell role. We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally, explain the benefits clearly, build rapport and generate genuine interest in trialling the system.

What we are looking for

Previous sales or business development experience within the care sector

Good understanding of care homes, care providers or care management

A proven record of successful telephone sales / appointment setting

Confident speaking with care home owners, managers and senior decision-makers

English as a native language

Professional, friendly and credible telephone manner

Able to work independently and provide clear feedback on calls and outcomes

The project

You will be contacting selected UK care homes to introduce Tiliom Care and invite suitable organisations to participate in a pilot.

The objective is to identify interested care providers and arrange the next stage of the conversation with our team.

We are particularly interested in finding someone who already understands the care industry rather than a general cold caller.
