I am looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Project Manager / Consultant to take ownership of a specific provider-sourcing and operational workstream in preparation for a future Commercial Launch. This isn't a from-scratch build. A working Flutter app already exists with a live backend, and it's been through an independent technical audit — we know its real strengths and its real problems. We're looking for a developer to pick it up from here. The Role This is deliberately not a full-time position, and we can't offer at this time. What we're looking for instead is someone willing to become our standing point of contact for this codebase — available reliably when work comes in, understanding upfront that hours will vary month to month and neither side is committing to fixed employment. I am a chartered accountant. I am looking to subcontract a specialist accounting assignment involving the historical reconstruction of crypto transactions for a UK client. ### Description **Experience Level:** Intermediate I'm looking for an animator to create a short conversational film for a new software product. The film is built around two recurring characters having a conversation. I already have the complete script and visual references for both characters. **The visual style is important.** The characters have a simple, sculpted clay appearance. They are slightly abstract human figures with a tactile, moulded quality. Think simple clay character animation or stop-motion-inspired 3D rather than conventional flat cartoon characters. They do not need to match my reference images exactly, but I do want the finished characters to feel dimensional, tactile and recognisably part of the same visual world as the references. **I am not looking for a standard 2D explainer-video style, flat vector characters, paper/cut-out animation, whiteboard animation or stock/template cartoon characters.** The animation itself can be relatively simple. Most of the film is a conversation between the same two characters, so I am looking for someone who can make that interaction feel natural and engaging through: * consistent character design throughout * posture, gesture and simple facial or body expression * good dialogue timing so it is always clear who is speaking * natural reactions between the two characters * a small amount of supporting visual movement or scene changes where useful * a clean, polished overall finish The finished film will be approximately 2-3 minutes long. Publishing and marketing my non-fiction book

I am looking for an experienced Amazon KDP publishing and book launch specialist to professionally publish and launch my new nonfiction book. I am a well established UK alcohol control coach with an existing social media audience, and the book is written specifically for midlife women who are struggling with their relationship with alcohol. The manuscript is currently being completed and will be supplied in Word format. I need support with the complete publishing process, including professional formatting for Kindle and paperback, KDP setup and upload, Amazon keyword and category research, optimised book description and metadata, proofing of the final formatted editions, and guidance on pricing and launch strategy. The launch strategy is particularly important to me. I already have an established warm audience in the book's target market, and I want to use that audience strategically during launch to give the book the strongest legitimate opportunity of achieving a high Amazon ranking, ideally reaching #1 in an appropriate and relevant Amazon category. I would also like advice on the best timing and structure for the launch, including Kindle versus paperback, pre-launch activity, reviews, Amazon Author Central and anything else you believe would materially improve the book's launch and long-term discoverability.
